That I haven't known about this in previous jobs as it would have saved so much time.

Selling a product that everyone wants to know about on a high-level to prepare for the future (lots of window shopping), it has been so easy to qualify leads in or out based on sending out short snippets and understanding their needs based on that.

It has been so powerful within our Sales Org to be able to provide our buyers with the right information at the right time. Consensus is helping us to qualify (in/ out) more quickly, leading to a faster sales cycle. The integration with Gmail is working spotlessly and it was incredibly easy to learn and use Consensus (took about 20 minutes to understand and get used to it).

Nothing I can think of, other than a couple of permissioning issues which are coming up because of the way our org has set Consensus up.

I wish there were a few more improvements with the product. For example advanced branching demos with further options like multi question prompts for video options

Great experience in terms of usability, I am a first timer user and it was very intuitive to kick things off with the software.

I like the way i can follow up with prospects after our meetings in a very engaging way also to be able to track which contents have been viewed.

The platform might be missing a couple of languages.

Overall, I love using Consensus and including it in my daily routine. Seeing the customers who are actively engaged in my emails through SalesForce allows me to target my email outreach using Consensus videos to turn up engagement.

Sometimes I get bogged down in the information I have to provide to send a video.

My overall review is that I in my outbound contact to clients, I need a way, an easy way, to send demos. Prior to using consensus I was sending helpcenter links. Did not know if they were helpful or not. Now I can track which videos are being viewed and how often viewed.

I like how easy it is to use! I can easily send my existing customers and prospects demos. I can quickly send demos with gmail integration.

There really isn't anything I do not like. It is so simple to setup, integrate with gmail.

Consensus speeds up our sales cycles and allows us to track the products and services our prospects care about the most.

I like that Consensus allows my prospects to see demos of our software on their own time without having to come to me for a live showing.

I don't see any gaps in the product at this time and enjoy using it.

Overall I'm happy with consensus, it's easy to use, plugs into my gmail accounts, allows me to track activity and personalise my videos.

No real cons although it would be good if prospects could provide feedback as the video plays.

It’s a real game-changer for improving client engagement and speeding up the sales cycle.

Overall there isnt much to dislike - its simple and powerful

Consensus is ideal to create customer faced demos because it helps has the feedback tab which allows is to collect user information as well as demolytics of users and their feedback. it is also suitable to vision or micro demos. It is also ideal for enablement and trainings, which reduces classroom type work shops time and cost while increasing the flexibility offered to students to follow sorted courses at their own timeline.

Consensus helps our organization in structuring customer demos while helping the prospects make streamlines decisions, fostering collaboration with transparency. Most uses of Consensus in our organization are customer facing personnel such as Customer Success managers, sales and also presales team members. Thanks to the scalable and flexible capabilities of Consensus , our teams are able to create unique and personalized demos. Consensus also acts as a repository where we can store demos and reuse the demos as demo boards. Further to these, Consensus also provides us with important demolytics which helps us in our sales life cycles and decision making. We also use Consensus as a collaborative tool for our teams. Over all it has been a helpful tool in our organizations digital selling initiatives.

Consensus might not be mostly suitable to upload lard scale technical demos as we have experienced it giving errors. Therefore with future enhancements I believe this more be a much more flexible and scalable product.

Consensus is really useful in helping to scale a growing business that struggles to qualify every lead.

Overall, the experience with Consensus has been nothing short of amazing! The Consensus platform has helped increase prospect/customer engagement and overall turn to long-term partnerships.

The ability to engage with your target audience by being able to showcase pre-recorded demo's of platform features/functionality and identify what is important to your end-user.

The main con would be the ability to identify which demos are being showed (in the case of a multi-demo recording demoboard being sent). I think if there was a way to edit a subject header for each demo video, that would be helpful.

This platform is extremely easy to use—I can send a demo in just a couple of minutes as part of my follow-up. What stands out to me is how it allows prospects to tailor the experience to their needs, ensuring they see the content most relevant to them. The built-in video recording and editing tools are a huge benefit, as they let me create high-quality videos without needing a dedicated content team. Additionally, the analytics feature gives me clear insights into which parts of the demo resonate most, helping me optimize my content for better results.

This platform is extremely easy to use and sending demos takes less than a minut.
The analytics are insightful. The alerts are immediate.

Needs a “watch all” option for prospects that don’t want to select topics.

We've had a great experience implementing and using the solution. Also have had a great experience with their CSMs and Support team.

We were able to quickly get up and running with the solution and had our first demos sent to prospects within a couple days. We've received multiple compliments from recipients of our demos that they "like the way that was presented." The ability to see if the recipients are watching and sharing your demo is great!

The user interface is not all that intuitive, but not too bad once you figure it out.

Love to leverage consensus in my sales cycle.

I love how easy to use consensus is for all of my follow up calls, introducing new products and then allowing the customer to see the demos or recordings again. plus I have full visibility in tracking it

I do not like how we cant group videos together or scale some pre- recorded videos to send to customers

it does what it needs to do. If you want to get out demos and track them, this accomplishes that with making it simple

Not as fast to get an email out - set up. You have to manually input a lot of the information for each customer.

Consensus is an amazing tool that I use every day. I also manage a team that are utilising the tool daily. This is a brilliant video sharing platform that is embedded into our everyday practices.
