Overall I always suggest friends who are contractors and are looking to get more efficient to look into it.

We use the tool for project planning and time tracking. To be honest we probably under utilize the software because there are so many things it can do. But the time tracking (with GPS location) and the project planning and GANT scheduling is great.

To be honest there isn’t that much to dislike. If I had to pick one thing it’s that they don’t have an iPad app. Also the pictures on the service tickets could be better.

We are very happy with the change to Contractor Foreman. Overall, it's able to do what we need with less expense and less time in staff training. It's been reliable and any they are always releasing new features. They've even worked with us on creating some custom features for the way our company functions.

Contractor Foreman has been easy to implement for our staff. We used another high-cost cloud-based software prior to this and while the functionality is a little different, Contractor Foreman covers all the essential needs at a fraction of the cost.

There isn't much not to like - while there is a learning curve to any new software, the tutorials and customer support made the transition simple.

This has ton of features that can be used with great ease. Easy to learn and the customer support is phenomenal.

The pages could load faster. When going from page to page it has taken longer than expected.

Great software...the hardest part is to make people use it...Great customer service. Always evolving and advancing and very attentive to the voice of the users.

I like the ease of use and the flexibility of the software. I really like that everything is completely adjustable and if something is missing the development team is really attentive to the suggestions and new options or features. Its always being updated and improved and has a great deal of options and features that are very helpful.

Sometimes has some bugs but they are addressed and fixed right away so no big deal.

Versatile east to use and cost effective. A very professional look, with templates that put you a cut above the rest. Very effective at managing leads and costs.

The daily report feature is not in the basic package.

Contractor Forman is the best alternative of Builderlink and gives huge opportunities to small construction company.

CF has all the features a customer builder requires for less than a fraction of the price of most of the competitors like builderlink. We use the daily log feature everyday. The gantt chart feature is amazing.

The updates is very frequent and sometimes will have some glitches. However they do fix it in a timely manner.

My time in this software has been short, but from what I have seen it will be a great tool. Training with the videos has been easy and very informing.

Have only been into this software for a few weeks but have already convinced my owner to put this software into service.
The modules or set up for you to pick and chose which ones will be relevant to your company. Videos or great to explain each module you or in. At this time we or in the process of renovating many homes damaged during Hurricane Laura in Lake Charles La and this software is going to make our ability to follow these jobs a lot better.

Have not seen many cons about this software the short time I have been in it.

We have been looking for a software to help with communication between the field and the office. We were also looking for a way to keep daily logs and photos. We looked at a lot of software programs to help accomplish this feat, and they all came up short. Contractor Foreman is the best we have found.

The software is intuitive and easy to use. The support has been amazing and the "Live Chat" feature is really helpful. It has everything we were looking for in a Project Management Software.

Not much. Would like a way to track Lien Waivers.

I think our company learned this program really fast and was easy for our field workers to pick up on. It is really nice to be able to change things last minute if you are out of the office. Overall, it has been a good change to our company.

I like the ease of sending purchase orders to vendors. You can easily find products you are looking for within the cost item database. I also like the ease of creating a project from an estimate. You can easily choose items you want on the project, by pulling from the estimate. I also like the availably of accessing the program from any device.

I am not a fan of the scheduling feature. If there was an option to schedule by crew and have it add to the calendar, it would be much easier to use.

So far, so good. Quick response with questions. There is a tab for almost everything I need. I like I can customize it but that's the longest part I think.

I like that everything I need for the company is in one place. It is helpful having the timeclock and QB all integrated.

It's taking a bit to get used to. I honestly thought I would figure out all the features fairly quickly but it's taking a lot longer inputting what I need.

Contractor Foreman has taken our business to the next level. Saving us time on employee time tracking, project scheduling and estimate turn around with the estimate template feature.

The interface and design are easier to work with and we received a lot of value for the price.
The time card feature has been extremely helpful to our business. The scheduling feature has saved me hours of time. The vehicle and daily logs are also a tremendous help to get our business.

At times the time card feature has issues syncing with quickbooks.

Contractor Foreman is an all-in-one project management program. You can handle proposals, change orders, time sheets, daily logs, etc and is the best value compared to the other programs we found available.

The timecards with GPS and the change orders are the best features for our business. Overall the system is pretty convenient to use.

It is a pretty nice system; overall there is not much to complain about.

Overall, my employees love it. As a manager, I love the app as all my construction niche needs are met in one app. Previously I had to use excel sheets, time card software programs and rely heavily on multiple things but now I find it all in one place.

This app is feature packed. It gives me the ability to use time cards, geo fence my employees, raise invoices, estimates and much more while still being able to integrate it with QuickBooks . It is overwhelmingly amazing but the team gives excellent training sessions for free and that helps get to understand the app so quickly. I also love the fact that they keep releasing new features every month. That shows passion and initiative!!

I wish they could somehow revamp the logo to make it look cooler :D

I love the instant chat feature and the hands-on of the reps as well as the videos and all the training available. Just think the training times should have some more options and evening trainings due to the work schedule, I hope that we end up using Contractor Foreman long term.

I have been searching for software that not only had accounting but also mobile access and project management items as well. So far although still learning the software this is the one for our company. Having to track multiple projects at a time as well as a ton of other factors this has made things a lot easier during a busy time.

I am struggling a little with the Bills and Expenses because of the way we invoice and bill out otherwise I think the other items work themselves out and its just about learning the software.
