It was very fast to get on board and start up. The card took a while to come in but the account set up was very easy. I'd like more use cases for different types of business to see the potential and also an easier way to add multiple bank accounts for us profit-first people. Love it overall and it makes transacting and accounting a bit simpler.

The potential to have additional cards and protect your main accounts is crucial. I'm always tracking spending per project and this level of organization is great considering the low effort that I have to put it. I've been able to set up multiple projects and start spending with employees as well as learn from their weekly webinars.

I feel like more of an overview of the potential is important. It's helpful to know what the product can do so that a designer like myself can place my business and my team on board faster.

Overall experience from applying to being approved was very streamlined and I've recommended it to a few others who have expressed the same overall experience.

The platform is easy to use, includes a simplified onboarding process and an innovative/clean dashboard. If that's not enough there are videos/tutorials that get you going.

The only con I can think of is that you can carry a balance over if needed to the following month. Although I do think that's a minor con.

Overall Divvy is a great expense management tool, while also providing valuable features such as virtual cards, budgets, bookkeeping software integrations all in a very clean user interface.

Easy to get a high spending limit, while also getting decent rewards. The virtual cards are a great feature which lets you assign cards to specific merchants, making it easy to tell where your company's money is going. The QuickBooks integration really makes bookkeeping a breeze!

Only con I can think of which might sway me away in the future are the rewards rates, I am more of a fan of straight cashback and other cards would provide better cashback rates compared to Divvy.

Overall a positive experience, slick interface, fast and clear approval process. But as mentioned before they should have longer float like other corporate cards.

Their interface is very slick and easy to use. Freezing and unfreezing cards plus setting default transactions is very helpful for record keeping.

Longer payoff time, other corporate cards don't have the payment in the exact same month as a transaction, but 30 days post month close. There is less of a benefit for managing float with Divvy.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I am amazed at how much I like using this app. I plan on using Divvy for all my vendors and expenses.

I started using Divvy just to build business credit. After I started using Divvy I was amazed how easy it was to use. I use it for merchants and vendors. I can set a certain amount on a virtual or physical card for each vendor and not have to worry about being overcharged on that card. It takes the worrying about the budget out of the picture so I can focus on my business. Thanks Divvy.

What I don't like is that any administrator can have access to any budget or I haven't figured that out yet. Hopefully it will change soon.

They are definitely leaders in the space, and I've regularly evaluated competitors. Happy customer and recommending Divvy to everyone who wants to streamline their expense tracking + credit card spending control.

Have used Expensify and traditional credit cards in the past, and Divvy has replaced both, while giving me more control over my company expenses with flexible and virtual credit cards. Their team is also great, support is super quick, and their UI/UX is fantastic. They care a lot.

I do wish their credit cards allowed for an annual spend limit versus just monthly and one-time. The other piece is that their cashback redemption feels a bit kludgy, wish it was a bit more sleek/seamless. Though the product is free to use so I can't complain too much. This is the last sticking point for me currently though.

Our team absolutely loves Divvy! I tested Divvy personally for a few months before rolling it out to our team. The first people to use it were impressed with the ease of use and how well thought out the app was.

How easy it works for our team! Simple, quick, and easy to implement. Budgets are a great way to control spending.
The app reminders for receipts are great.

A little detail on card delivery timing would be good. When you set up to have a physical card sent the card status doesn't change it remains as not activated. Would be nice if it changed to card sent.

Best card I have ever had. I wish I had a personal credit card that worked so well. I have already recommended to many of my associates. It's a must have card.

Divvy is fantastic. I have created separate cards for many separate purchases. Giving employees access to
company credit card is so easy to monitor. Just the other day an online company tried to bill our card for an order that was not authorized. Luckily we had used a divvy temp card and we did not get stuck with a bill.

I would like to be able to do a touch and pay at a store with a virtual card.

Implementation was so easy, the sync with Quickbooks is making everything super clean for bookclose.

The platform makes it super easy to see what's going on as an Admin, and my staff can very easily categorize their own expenses on the go. My sales manager just said, "I appreciate it because if this wasn’t so easy, I would be stressed out!"

I wish I could customize some of the requirements for uploading receipts by vendor type. E.g. lodging requires a receipt regardless of price.

As I said in Pros, it is a great simple straightforward and engaging layout that makes life very easy for small startups.

It is a simple, straightforward to manage expenses and has made our management extremely efficient and absolutely a joy to work with.

I have not had anything that I dislike-grateful for this partnership.

Divvy has tons of benefits in my business. My overall experience has been great with this software. I also appreciate how Divvy eliminates data entry.

Divvy helped us to track expenses and eliminating manual data entry. On the positive side, Divvy is an extremely reliable tool for "Bookkeeping" the whole business financial transaction in very less data entry. The platform is intuitive and well crafted for business.

Can definitely tell that it is made for accountants by accountants. Divvy hit the nail on the head with their software. Looking forward to implementing this with the rest of our clients.

Super easy to set-up and for end-users to use. Love how the transactions are instantly in the transaction queue for users to code and complete ASAP. No need to wait for transactions to "post". Can have transactions made on the last day of the month included in month-end reports very quickly and easily.

No GPS feature for mileage reimbursements yet - hear it's in the works!

Divvy is great. Would select this product again and would recommend it.
The implementation was easy.
Employees have shared positive reviews with being to upload receipts immediately and not have to save up receipts to report later.

Directors are now responsible to review all purchases within their department.
Receipts uploaded in system for future review...less paper.
Export to Excel makes importing data into accounting system a SNAP!
No fee but still receive rewards.

Being based for Mobile, does cause draw back for employees, as we do not provide cell phone stipends, so we can not make employees use the mobile app.
Web view can require scrolling that could easily be fixed by smaller wording or spacing.

We moved from another software for this purpose, and the experience is light years better. Both for the cardholders and for the Admin.

Easy to use, great response from cardholders. Detail reporting and summaries very useful. The company is responsive to feedback and requests. Support is delightful.

Needed a few improvements to monthly statements and to sync to QB desktop. Minor complaints.

Overall it is an easy system to use for our employee spending it saves us so much time in having to go thru paper receipts and invoicing.

I just order cards for all our employees and set them up and they record the transaction themselves. I can get alerts to when someone needs money right away and transfer it to them on the spot.

Not much I don't like about it . It is so easy to use and no one has ever had problems.

I'm using Divvy to check the report of my personal and business expenses. Its smartphone app is very useful for getting real-time updates on reports.

Divvy provides plenty of features similar to the Expensify application. Using Divvy I'm able to automate the expenses and spend record management.

I would say it's not fully automated, few times it unable to add data.

Divvy provides us a proper expenses management that automates the record and submits expenses. Divvy brings continuity and visibility over every expense. It helped us save time and modernize our expenses management.

We can now real-time check the expenses reports, which eliminates the old method of expenses reporting. It automatically records the spending from receipts. Its VCC generator is handy for online transactions. Divvy's mobile app is also great.

Few times it failed to recognize the duplicate receipts.

I can't help but recommend this to everyone I come in contact with. If you're an SMB and you want to better track and manage your budgets + increase security with virtual cards, there's no better software :)

Simple to use, great with virtual cards, reasonable pricing (free w/ minor upgrade costs), awesome support team.

It's missing some functionality like accounting for quarterly/annual budgets instead of just having all budgets be set to monthly.

Divvy is a fantastic way for homeowners to sell their homes in a different way. And for buyers to experience a new type of owning a home.

This platform enables you to rent a home before buying it, which is unheard of in the housing industry.

There's not really any cons, as this company has no competitors.
