    Great- early adoption had its challenges. Wish there was a better interface in to QB desktop 2020 and wish there was an ability for receipts and job costing to carry over to accounting.

    Ability to budget, approve and decline payments remotely. Great interface with the ability to use touch-ID and Face- ID. This saves of of lots of time. I enjoy the ability to make one time use cards and virtual cards.

    Negative

    The app can be glitchy- and often, due to the nature of the budgets, if your budget is stuck and the app is not available- your transaction is declined. Happens more often than you'd think. I wish there was a monthly report that you could fill out which would acknowledge or easily allow you to change/update the budget once a month for multiple budgets

    I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a purchase card system. They have recently rolled out reimbursements and travel, which I haven't utilized, but the core product is free and easy to use.

    This platform is very user friendly, intuitive and robust. I have been using it for a few years now and it is night and day different than our previous card program. I have recommended Divvy to many of my friends.

    There really are not a lot of cons. As a start up, there were a lot of revisions, which made it a little unstable and made the view different every time you logged in, but now it is much better.

    Divvy has been great for our company in helping us manage our company spend. We have cards in almost all employees hands with low limits to avoid overspending.

    Positive

    Easy admin platform to add users, budgets, adjust budgets and more. I love the virtual card feature, which allows me to set up different cards for online vendors, thus reducing risk on any certain card and allowing me to cancel one card without the need to go set up recurring payments on all websites. I also love the shared budget feature, which has cut down on the number of declined transactions.

    I am not a fan of the multi-factor authentication feature. It has made it more difficult for users to input receipts. A top-level executive has stopped adding receipts to his purchases because of the difficulty in getting into the app.

    They have great customer support and are very easy to get in touch with when you have a problem. We think that they are the greatest product for business since email!!

    Great customer service.
    Super easy to setup.
    Virtual Credit card numbers help protect us from fraud and help control spending. If set up correctly, they also prevent vendors from raising their rates with auto pay products without your knowledge. Burner cards are great for one time purchases.
    Complete budgeting system. Divvy has completely replaced our old expense management system and best of all, it is FREE!

    Negative

    There is currently no interface for directly importing transactions into Quickbooks Desktop.
    The mobile apps Receipt scanning feature while it works well, could use some enhancements such as being able to crop the image and maybe an OCR feature so that an image could be recognized.

    I would love to be able to organize custom fields in an order other than alphabetical, so that users input information in an intuitive order rather than alphabetical.

    It would also be nice to options be able to organize the options in a custom field. Right now adding new options puts all new options at the bottom rather than allowing new options to land within the current alphabetical order.

    So far, we are very happy with Divvy. We switched from Chase. The expense management is great! We don't have to chase down employees to turn in their receipts anymore and we can more accurately code expenses to the right GL and jobs.

    No question about it. Everyone should have a Divvy card. Its versatility and ease of use putting information into your accounting system is unparalleled.

    Virtual cards are for everyone. I have received unsolicited calls all week. Someone has passed by contact information around to solicitors. Some have been bonafide non-profits, some have been political action committees in disguise, and some have been outright fraudulent calls for help from hacked computers.
    Sometimes I've made the right decision to donate and sometimes not, but with virtual cards, the only amount they can take is what I agreed to. That gives me peace of mind.

    Sometimes it takes me a while to set up the virtual card while they are online. I believe that I'll set up a few new ones for $25 to $35 so I have them ready at a moment's notice.

    Divvy has definitely increased compliance with receipts and provided better overall tracking of project expenses. As a cash management tool, it is great! We needed this solution - it is totally integrative into how we run projects and centralizes expenses. I can see all of my company expenditures real-time from my phone or internet. I LOVE DIVVY. Did I forget to mention it is FREE? And I get cash back!

    Divvy has truly been the best switch for credit cards our company has made. So easy to administer the program and keep control of who can charge and the limits they are allowed.

    I love everything about Divvy. I love that I can administer everything on my end without having to call. I love the control you have over budgets and spending limits. It has made everything so much easier being able to give everyone in the company their own virtual number and track receipts. Prior we were sharing a company card and couldn't prove who made the charge to track receipts and get the expenses coded to the proper files. I also love that they keep developing new things! New things keep popping in that make the program so much better and they email and tell you so you can turn them on. They are very good about keeping you updated!
