Overall Divvy is wonderful. They provide lines of credit that some people normally wouldn't be able to get and it's used as a charge card. Very easy and did I mention free???

I love how with Divvy you can pick your own budget then swipe your card and your good to go. It's super easy.

If I had to pick something to dislike about Divvy it would be how hard it is to get your credit line increased. I've seen companies make it way easier for more money.

I highly recommend, definitely time saving! All my colleagues are happy with it (better than sending excel sheets back and forth).

Far and away the best tool I have used in my 30+ year in accounting. The flexibility of the system to customize by group limits the choice for each group just to their relevant data so they don’t have to scroll thru other department’s choices which make it easy to get people to adopt.

Divvy is super simple to setup, customize and use. The flexibility of the system the saving and email of batch recites takes a 15-40 minute task to prepare and post reimbursements down to just a few minutes, creating incredible value for owners.

Need the roles and rights expanded a bit to better control system. Would be great if they had a per Diem feature like they do mileage reimbursement.

I love the ability to instantly allocate funds for anyone. It’s killer for remote teams and especially salesman.

I can’t create cards or budgets on mobile devices.

Previously, we used an Excel spreadsheet for expense tracking. It was cumbersome and had to be constantly updated. Divvy makes that look like a pen and paper ledger. This software was game changing.

The interface for this is fantastic. It is nice to be able to itemize all of my receipts in one place and generate one thorough report.

I had issues getting users in it initially. However, once it was set up, it worked great.

Overall, very happy and plan to expand the program to all employees in the near future. Way to go!!!

Ease of having the receipt and coding in one place.
Divvy is sending the reminders to those cardholders who are not as efficient with uploading receipts.
Being able to see which budgets may need to be revised.

Still trying to figure out some of the reporting needs but Jake has been holding our hand so far.

Divvy makes it easy to track and budget for compliance without have to create your own spreadsheets and go through pesky receipts. Best of all is its free.

Divvy is an amazing budging tool and the offer deals I can use on travel both for personal and business travel. It is also really user friendly.

The only thing that is bothersome about Divvy is it does not integrate with my account software which causes me extra work.

I have been using Divvy for over a year. At the beginning I just wanted to try it out but I enjoy the great customer service and the budget tools that I have moved all of my expenses to Divvy. I cannot believe that something this great comes without any charges!

I didn't use to like that if the budget didn't have enough funds, I would get the transaction rejected. Divvy has solved this problem by moving the charge to a different budget.

I kissed expense reports goodbye forever! Being able to use Divvy saves me that hassle.

They could use a little help on the developer side. There have been quite a few technical issues such as failed logins, loading hang ups, and clunky navigation on mobile and desktop.

Great, makes managing internal credit card usage a breeze. Moving from personal cards to a more corporate credit card process was quick and easy.

Divvy are great to work with, not only a great product but also great customer service. Flexible around any concerns or issues I may have, and has made processing payments so simple.

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps a better way to know if pending charges drop off for any reason.

The never ending hassle of managing huge number of receipts and budgets for individual departments can all be automated away using Divvy, that too for free. I think it's great!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Divvy. I wish they had been around years ago, and i hope they stay around and continue to improve.

Bill pay, save pics of invoices, categorizing, mobile app, link multiple companies, virtual cards, freeze cards with mobile. So many i can't even think of them all.

Currently none. Every time i have a con they upgrade it.

Positive overall, slight hiccups as times but lightyears ahead of traditional bank card programs.

User interface is friendly. There is a lot of customization that makes sense for our organization. Enjoy the virtual card functionality, as well as real-time spend allocation to infrequent card users.

Limited ability to change administration features. Multi-division reporting has been a challenge. Turnover in account managers.

100%. I love working in Divvy. It's been near seamless and the customer service is quick and easy. I wasn't sure when I began how much different it would be, but the fact that it's also the card makes information almost real time.

My team has hated any expense management software we've evert used. All I hear is how easy Divvy is to use from my team and as an administrator it's incredibly simple for me.

The only thing is that there are some fields I'd like to integrate into QB that aren't enabled in Divvy
