Domo is embedded in our business and we rely on Domo throughout the business. They have been great partners to us and it has been satisfying to see the product mature over the years.

Perhaps the best aspect of Domo is that it is 100% cloud-based for both data storage, processing, and visualization. It is also very performant and incredibly fast as processing large datasets.

Every department in our company uses the product for their essential reporting, as do many of our external customers. The ease of communicating essential data is excellent.

Domo's base price is relatively high. Fortunately, the base package is quite powerful and can provide a good experience on standard reporting. I do wish that additional features like data science and goals were available to us at a lower cost. Both switching to the all-inclusive usage model or purchasing additional capabilities as add-ons are more than our budget allows for now.

We're very happy with Domo overall. We rely on it for general reporting, and it's also allowed us to do deep data dives to put out some fires.

Domo is an easy entry point for someone new to data analysis (compared to something like Tableau), but it's just as powerful as any other. We mainly use the Salesforce data connector, which works smoothly. There are lots of connectors to choose from.

The support team can take a few days to respond, and it's not always easy to google specific questions.

I'd recommend Domo to anyone with hungry data analysts/architects/developers on their team. With a growing list of connectors, Domo offers an always improving platform for companies to discover the insights in their data.

Domo takes all the power of traditional SQL based reporting and makes it so that anyone with decent Excel experience can quickly get into the weeds of their data. Magic ETL 2.0 is intuitive, powerful, and extremely fast. Card building is as easy as building a pivot table in Excel with near unlimited ability to customize.

One feature that I have yet to find in Domo is the ability to see the underlying SQL being written based on the Magic ETL work that you are doing. I believe this would take it to another level and give people with less SQL experience a chance to learn what their drag and drop approach is really doing behind the scenes.

Domo has been used by company more than 10 years and everyone loves it, it is used in all of our meetings.

This is the best tool for all companies to use to monitor all status individual and company. It's very easy to use.

Updates to what new categories were added-perhaps a notification items have changed, added or moved.

Domo is great! By far the easiest platform to use and learn. Making changes and diving in to the details is very easy and makes using and accessing the data very easy for anyone who may need to.

Domo is very intuitive in the sense that it has features that allow you to do analysis and answer questions very easily. Deep diving in to the data is very easy and requires few clicks.

Some changes appear out of nowhere. The changes are great, sometimes we are just caught by surprise

The overall design of Domo and functionality of Domo is great. The workbench, dataflows, and beast modes make it easy to bring in data and manipulate it as needed.

Regular updates to add useful, important functionality such as the Variables and Fixed functions. These missing functions would have been a con but Domo has done a great job adding new functionality to keep up with competition on top of an already great product.

The lack of fixed placement on dashboard designs. When attempting to design the dashboard, it can be a time consuming process to constantly re-do layouts if you make an error or decide you do not like the change. A drag and drop option with the ability to resize on the mouse to a grid would be a lot more user friendly. Would love to see more training materials such as walkthroughs on how certain Demo sites were created.

For managing data mining sessions Domo can be one of the most beneficial services within the network. It is interesting to be able to work with isolated spaces without code, and it seems to us that among all the dynamics that Domo offers this is the most attractive, since data exploration is the basis of any analysis, and Domo makes this task a practical one.

One of the most ergonomic advantages obtained through Domo is the possibility of doing multi-variant analysis, since we can include information from other types of analysis, such as statistical regression, to review the results from different points. The ability to make analytical forecasts is also a positive feature.

In reference to business intelligence-oriented tools, ad hoc analyses take longer than the others to run, and if it is big data analysis, you cannot make predictions as well as with the others, nor can you integrate all kinds of data modeling.

Undoubtedly this program has been fundamental for the construction of the whole process of cyclical integration of my organization, that is to say we can have a great performance in terms of data analysis of any type of situation or event that requires to be investigated. Domo has served to increase our confidence in decision making. If what you need is a software that integrates with multiple objectives that lead to data analysis I suggest you use Domo.

I like this program because it simply suited what I was looking for, I was interested in a product that cared about my customer specific data and in turn integrating it into a consistent sales plan. This way, I was always going to get an incredible repeatable analysis process that was going to help me make a profit because of the information management.

Domo has a problem with specific integrations of external platforms.
