    Extremely user friendly and easy to customize email templates. Also, very affordable for what you are getting.

    Integrates very well with Quickbooks Online. We find it very convenient how easy it is to customize the email templates that we send to customers.

    Negative

    The only thing that would make this better is the ability to process Canadian payments properly. We have several Canadian customers and the program has a difficult time understanding the billing addresses and the credit card information.

    My overall experience with EBiz has been great. The service is integrated with our ERP system so our multiple locations are all tracked separately. The online portal is very easy to navigate when I need to look up or void a transaction. Any time we have an issue, the customer support team is very helpful.

    My overall experience with EBizCharge has been wonderful, I highly suggest their service for any business accepting Credit Cards.

    I am the controller of a company that uses EBizCharge on a daily basis for our retail department. The user interface is very simple to navigate. Exporting the daily batch reports makes for a quick and easy way to reconcile credit card transactions. Refunding transactions with EBizCharge is also very simple and convenient, and service charges are lower than our secondary merchant account.

    I cannot think of a single con with EBizCharge. My company utilizes a second merchant account for our rental department, which is one of the larger and more elaborate gateways. I much prefer EBizCharge for its simplicity of design and ease of use.

    Overall, the experience has been exceptional. Even though I am the accountant of my client and much of the work had to be done secondhand, they were willing to work well with me. It made everything a lot easier. Also, whenever I was setting up my account, Bridget Foley told me exactly what documents I would need to have in order to be prepared for the application process, as they request a LOT of info. If Bridget didn't give me a heads up, I would have been scrambling to find all of the required documents in time, and it would have taken much longer than needed.

    You pay less money on merchant fees, get a more in-depth, high-quality service. It also easily integrates with QuickBooks Online, and I'm positive it would integrate with other softwares as well. The software can be a tad complicated but there is a team of willing helpers that can aide you at every step. They are very committed to solving cases and acting as a support system for you. I'm a very picky person, but they get a 10/10 for all accounts. The entire service is very seamless. I would lastly like to give a shout out to Bridget, my main EBiz contact who has a lot of experience and is a true professional at what she does.

    Only issue that I've noticed is on the email pay, when customers are entering their payment info, there is no way to turn off the matching for the address verification, and I had some clients complain about that. However, the fault is usually with the client for not correctly entering their address and not calling their bank to confirm that the physical address tied to the credit/debit card is the same as the one they are entering onto the invoice payment. Still, it would be cool to turn off that function w/o needing to contact IT. Or maybe make it a function we can specifically request access to? I am not sure if there is some type of law prohibiting this.

    Experience is overall positive, they offer a solid product that fits what we need. There are more capabilities that we have yet to take advantage of as well. There are a few glitchy things here and there but nothing catastrophic.

    Ease of use, visibility, quick controls, and seamless connection with Acumatica. Offers a lot of features that make it simple for us to take credit card payments.

    Too much exposure to double-charging customer cards if steps are performed out of order. No safeguards to prevent this from happening. Support hours are based on Pacific time, so we cannot call first thing in the morning from the East Coast.

    It works very well if you don't mind the quirky way in which it's integrated to QuickBooks. I use it daily and works for me.

    Compatibility with QuickBooks but lower rates than Intuit offers.
    Lets you correct the information in receipts and invoices even after the credit card has been charged.

    Negative

    The integration with QuickBooks (at least for my old version) is a little quirky: you save the transaction (unchecking the Process Payment box) and only then the charging window appears.
    Each time you make a change, like between receipt and packaging list, the charging window appears and you have to select to cancel the charge but not delete the transaction.

    Overall, it's been great, easy to reconcile with out bank. When we've needed support, they were very friendly and helpful.

    We use Sage 100 and love that EBizCharge is easy to work with. It integrates smoothly with Sage 100. No extra steps involved in processing our credit card invoices. When we do need to use the virtual terminal online, that too is easy to use and we like being able to send email receipts directly from the website.

    Negative

    We did have a couple of hiccups when we first tried to integrate with Sage 100 but that may have been more of a Sage issue than an EBizCharge issue.

    It is easy to use, I really enjoy using EBizCharge and the security measures to make a credit card payment. I only wish a notification or email indicated a customer DID receive a receipt or an email payment. I will sometimes ask customers if they receive the receipt which sometimes they do but I will take the extra mile to print it out and resend it to them through email. This also can apply to the send email payment if they received the email payment and notification that I received the payment.

    It is easy to use, and pretty self-explanatory in how to use it. Really like we have to liberty to manage customers' credit cards (ex. save their card or one-time payment) and have reliable security measures.

    Negative

    I wish there was a notification to indicate when a customer received an email payment or a receipt on my end.

    Chris and Riley have done a superb job from the initial set up to follow-up and addressing questions. I took a few weeks to decide on moving forward with them. It took a few attempts for me to figure out the little nuances with Quickbooks and how it integrates, but the back-end process is very good and it's exactly what I had been looking for even 5 or 6 years ago when I first wanted a 3rd party option for payments to save money over Quickbooks. It's a very good product, company, and people!!

    As an office manager for a limousine company, we have to navigate many websites throughout the day. EBizCharge is lower priced than the more complicated (and not so good) ones we've used in the past, was easy to learn and navigate, and provides us with many options for our business needs. I tend to use the website when it comes to client transactions rather than the software we use as I can see the details, not just a string of numbers and letters. The customer support has been awesome, I feel like they take the time for just me and they understand my needs. They have been able to resolve any issues I have thrown at them. I would definitely recommend EBizCharge.

    Integrated easily with LimoAnywhere. I can see every transaction's details and email, refund, quick release funds directly from the site and it gets to the clients quicker. I can pull up transactions via several methods, not just the transaction number or client name, which helps with specificity. Customer support has been wonderful. The website doesn't crash like other credit card authorization sites we've used in the past.

    Negative

    The Virtual Terminal site does not integrate with LimoAnywhere, it is more a standalone site.
