    My overall experience has been better than excellent.

    Positive

    * Saves time setting up new employee signatures.
    * Allows Administrators to push signatures to client email effortlessly after setup.
    * Easy to use template editing system.
    * Easy AD integration.
    * Easy mail-flow integration.
    * If needed (which will rarely happen), the tech support engineers are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.
    *Helps employees spot spoofed emails that claim to be from fellow employees.

    Negative

    I can't think of any, but if I do, I will come back and add them. We have been using this system for 3 years plus and so far I have not found any reason not to use their signature system.

    If you want a way to have a custom, bright, detailed signature that works across any platform you send email from (Outlook, phone, etc), Exclaimer just works. The product and the support are top notch and I recommend it for everyone.

    So far, tech support has been helpful and responsive. We are taking advantage of our session with an Exclaimer technician to critique our template and give us last minute suggestions before we go live on the cloud version of Exclaimer. So far, so good!!!

    I implemented Exclaimer signature branding at my last company and ran it without issues for 7 years! I was recently hired at a new company and I suggested Exclaimer because it is a set it and forget it product. Once you have your signature template built and working. You rarely (if ever) have to think about it again! A great solution at a very reasonable price point!

    The template is not easy to build and configure. But Exclaimer has responsive and helpful tech support to get you through the initial build.

    Excellent service, takes all the hassle out of Office 365 Signatures!

    I can be certain all email accounts on my Office 365 tenancy pick up the correct signature, with their correct details automatically. There is nothing for anyone else to configure. The main concern was emails sent from mobile devices as the signature options are limited on those devices - this does it all at the server rather than the device, so all emails look consistent! I really couldn't be happier with the service.

    Simple pricing shown on their website rather than having to request a quote. Simple to set up with automated systems to configure your account and Office 365, linking the two together without having to know anything technical! Simple to use, all through an online WYSIWYG editor.

    Negative

    I initially only needed it for one user, but the minimum number of accounts is 5... having said that, the price for 5 is extremely reasonable considering the amount of time and hassle it saved.

    Painful - Exclaimer could improve their customer experience a great deal - example, if you get to a third or fourth email without solving the customers issue - offer the phone support session. They're in the UK, lovely accents and manners when you work together. LOL

    The platform is good and theory, but not super intuitive. Great you can make your design, but the various boxes are cumbersome, hard to size the signature block, required paying for support to right size our blocks.

    Negative

    Support is difficult, they don't do phone support unless you request a session; they don't offer it up front. They throw docs and processes at you, all via email. Still doesn't work on Macs.

    We started using Exclaimer Outlook and Server Editions to manage updating our logo for our 25th anniversary year. It saved us a huge amount of time pushing a special logo out to all employees' signature block instead of depending upon employees to edit their own.

    We have used Exclaimer products for three years now, and their support team is excellent. The few times I've needed to contact them, they have always been extremely responsive and have gotten my issue resolved quickly.

    I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    Great Tool for Standardizing Signatures Across an Organization

    Overall, I really like the tool. Once set-up, it is very easy to apply new fields to your signature, switch out promotional banners, create new custom groups to accommodate different departments/groups of employees, and the support staff are great to work with for any issues.

    Quick Tip: Make sure your data is clean before rolling out. Out-of-date phone numbers and job titles can cause a headache for the project team administering the solution to an organization.

    We started using Exclaimer cloud after migrating to Microsoft 365 and it is awesome!

    The setup took a little bit to understand and master, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to duplicate and apply to multiple signature.

    We have different signatures depending on if the recipient is internal, external or something different. For example, we have Email to SMS and we have Exclaimer have no signature to any emails sent to a specific domain.

    Management love the fact that all signatures are the same. IT love the fact we don't need to maintain them. As long as the info is accurate in AD then the signature is correct every time!

    Can set and forget - once you have your signature created it is minimal admin after that.
    Integrate with AD and AzureAD.
    Like that blank fields can be skipped.
    Great to be able to have different signatures by team, by department, by domain.
    Applies the signatures from whatever device you use.
    All company signatures are standard and perfect!

    Negative

    Need to know what you need to import from AD or AzureAD
    Rules can be a bit tricky to setup; Does take a little bit of trial and error.
    You can't see your signature when composing an email.
