My overall experience has been great. The Exercise Team worked with me and my staff to migrate as smoothly as possible.

I went from a nightmare of a billing company to Exercise.com. The difference has been life changing as a business owner. The upgrades and features are awesome! But, more importantly, the staff has been top notch. They have worked very closely with me every single step of the way throughout the migration process. They quickly answer any questions that I have and provide me with helpful tips to optimize the platform use. I can't say enough good things about this crew! I don’t think there’s anything that I haven’t like about the system. The only thing I think would benefit me a lot if having the ability to switch the system from English to Spanish and viceversa. But other than that, it’s amazing!!

I decided to make the switch from a very frustrating gym management platform to Exercise.com based on a recommendation from the team at Monarch Clubs. I could not be ANY happier with how things have gone so far! The communication is the best out of any company I have ever worked. I knew that Exercise.com would be an investment however in the last month of being onboarded, I can honestly say that it is worth every penny and then some. We can not wait to see how Exercise.com pushes our gym forward!

The BEST customer support. Tons of features that you can not find anywhere else. White Labelling is a huge bonus!

The price can be a shock at first but once you dive in you realize it is worth every penny and then some.

Got me through the process of building an app and getting it through apple and google no problem!

The on-boarding process with Exercise.com has been super stress free and straightforwards. I had Sage as my onboarding manager and she’s a dream to work with, turns everything around at light speed and is really responsive over email, very clear and concise about the information she needs. Being in the UK there were some logistical bits with setting up my apple developer account being set up from the US (for the custom app). Sage didn’t waste anytime, she booked a call with me immediately and walked me through the process of doing it on call. Getting started with Exercise.com as a whole has been an easy process and Sage is a great asset to her team. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Growing my business out of the sports performance sector to include working with athletes and teams privately at varying levels I needed a platform that could offer business management, workout builder and personal branding… and make it easy! While there are plenty of awesome workout builders out there none compare to exercise.com when it comes to linking in business management tools and personal branding. It’s a time saver, it offers great scalability and features that enable me to grow my business in ways I hadn’t considered prior.

Other workout builders and sports team focussed platforms are further developed in the UX for visually representing team or group data. Exercise.com still contains all the info, just a change in workflow from the typical athlete management systems of Kinduct etc…

Exercise.com has helped me every step of the way. I have worked hand in hand with multiple employees and they all have been great. I would recommend anyone to use this platform.

Lack of video instructional to help use features.

Starting up at Exercise.com has been awesome! I was in contact with the team about a year ago but decided to hold off on onboarding and to pick it up the following year. Within minutes of emailing them, Sage replied back and was ready to get me back up and started! Since then Sage has been relentless in making sure I have the best onboarding experience! Dealing with Apple support, making sure the little details in the app are up to my liking, and just an overall willingness to help! It's been a breeze so far with Sage, and Abbie has helped me a lot so far as well with making sure I know what everything does within the app on the backend. They're all very knowledgeable about the app and user experience, and how it can help my business. Big investment but know it'll be worth it. I'm in good hands! Looking forward to everything else.

It has been a great onboarding experience dealing with the Exercise.com staff (Sage & Jackie)! They have been very attentive and made the process very easy.

I do not have any cons yet while using the service.

The onboarding team and migration from the previous provider was a breeze. The user interface is amazing and easy to use. This service will dramatically streamline my business.

Combining two services into one and getting all the functionality and more than those two services provided.

Sage and Alyssa both have been fantastic helping transition from multiple systems to one on a very tight deadline. We received a two-day turn around time on our portal, and a crash course on how to set up the system to accept clients for our open house that weekend. They continue to help with any questions or on-boarding necessary to make sure we utilize the software and all it has to offer. This has been as painless of a transition we could hope for.

The software is easy to use and very comprehensive in its delivery. The software, even in the two months we have had it, has had a lot of quality of life improvements deployed. The support and success team are great and extremely helpful.

The software has a little bit of a learning curve as there is large mix of legacy and new features in one software package.
