Expensya has been a magnificent tool in our expense management process. We can manage and process any type of expenses in an organization. It has various unique features such as OCR receipt Capture, currency Conversions, etc. Creating an expense report takes only takes little time. Really easy to maintain and administer.

One of the best tools to monitor expenses and validate expense reports. Really easy to integrate a corporate card. We can easily integrate with applications such as Uber etc. We can easily access expense reports while not connected to the internet.

Design can be improved. Initially, it was a bit difficult to access the tool. But they have a good support team. OCR functions very well. Very good tool to manage all my day to day expenses.

What I find nice about Expensya is the fact that it’s automated and saves me tons of time organizing and verifying all expenses. Sometimes the fast scan feature won’t work properly and it results in mistakes on the scanning of documents and entries. We have reached their support service and they have been working on fixing these bugs. Other than that, I believe Expensya is a well-rounded software with unlimited capabilities.

One of the things that I like the most about Expensya is that it is very difficult for me to present a mix-up or duplicate expenses within this platform, it currently offers me a system that is capable of detecting duplicate invoices and automatically eliminates them to have control of exact expenses, without additional expenses. Another thing that I like is that it offers me several separate sections where I can keep an individual accounting for each area, I have a separate area for project expense management, payroll expense management, service payment expenses and many other things. more things, all these sections are separated to achieve an exact study of the expenses separately. The only drawback I found during my use of Expensya is that in the mobile phone version the reports are not generated instantly as in the desktop version. Expensya in the computer version generates reports of all general expenses instantly, while from the cell phone you have to wait approximately 5 minutes for the data to be processed.
