Overall, we have significantly optimised our documentation efforts. Therefore, the pricing might seem expensive at the first look, but finally the time saved cancels out the additional costs.

We love how fluid the documentation is so that it can be modified to different users' needs. This software really helped finally get documentation complete. After working on it and worrying about it for so long, FlowShare just made it happen. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.

We were able to schedule a product walkthrough and start using the software very quickly. I was amazed at how simple it was to create documentation for a process. Our shipping manager had struggled with creating documentation that could be used during his upcoming absence. I was able to show him the FlowShare basics and BOOM he completed his documentation.

Not much that I didn't like. It was super easy to use and we did not have any problems.

FlowShare offers a practical solution for automated creation of a screenshot-click documentation. Users can also describe the screenshots and export them in various formats, making it a valuable tool.

However, there are some areas for improvement: The automated summary of similar captures and the recognition of form inputs are not always reliable. The automatic naming of screenshots is often not effective, and it would be helpful if identical content were better recognized to ease post-processing. Moreover, the pricing model could be much more attractive.

FlowShare has proven to be an exceptional solution for capturing procedural information and creating comprehensive documentation. Its user-friendly design and intuitive interface have made it an effortless process to document even the most intricate procedures. The clear guidance provided within the platform accommodates individuals with limited technical proficiency to produce professional-grade documents. I am extremely fortunate to have discovered FlowShare at the appropriate time, as it has greatly improved my workflow efficiency by simplifying the documentation and sharing process with my team.

None so far, maybe you could have a direct integration to post directly to video sharing platform would be great.

FlowShare will meet my immediate needs for documenting process flow much more easily than other tools I have tried. It’s only shortcoming, if it is a shortcoming and not an actual design decision, has to do with it limited use of manually added markups which makes it less useful for documenting interfaces.

After I've spent more time working with FlowShare on this first series of projects I will provide an update to this review.

Not a lot of setup parameters, so easy to understand and get productive out of the gate.

It is very easy to capture process flow.

Editing the document is easily done.

Generating the finished product is a snap to do.

The output is very pleasing.

FlowShare in some ways seems to be a little rough around the edges. For example the markup function could stand to be a little more refined. While there is a rectangular markup selection tool, it does not provide any ability that I can find to automatically create document references for each markup like exists in other products.

The markup itself does not allow for the associated text to be repositioned away from the markup selection.

The lack of flexibility in the markup function makes FlowShare a good tool for capturing process flow, but not the best tool to use to document an interface.

Documentation for the product seems to be rather lacking. When reviewing documentation on their site, the version presented there does not appear to be the most recent. Additionally, while the text is English, the illustrations are not. Also, the illustrations are not very high resolution which makes them difficult to see.

I tried the free test version of FlowShare for a customer project. It is very easy to take screenshots and write documentation. the html version I uploaded to the customers website so they have an online documentation. the pdf export is also working great. all in all a very good solution to write docs for your customers!

Very easy to use. No technical skills required. Export functionalities are great and so I can only recommend FlowShare!

Nothing. FlowShare is a great tool for us to write our documentations for our clients.

As a developer, and now Co-Founder and CTO of a SaaS company, I cannot believe how I endured the crux of manual documenting solutions. This tool has saved me at least 2 hours on documentation work for a single feature I was working on this week alone. FlowShare will be one of the few default apps loaded to our Dev Laptops going forward.

Finally I found a tool that takes the time consuming, and really, annoying part of documentation and automates it. No more juggling screenshots, just hitting "record" and go about the development.

There was a default setting after install that was a bit confusing to me, but the folks at FlowShare already have that corrected in the next version.

I really enjoyed work with Flowshare. It was easy and quick. When I'll be next time ask to prepare some manuals, I'm sure I'll use Flowshare again.

Flowshare saved me a lot of time creating the manual. The best advantages:
- quickly ready to use,
- easy to use,
- nice output,
- a lot of format to export,
- you can cut one picture and apply it to all.

In summary, I am happy with Flowshare. As an IT administrator, I was already really annoyed with the same procedures and tinkering with instructions over and over again. I am glad to have followed the advice of my colleagues in other companies and tested this program (and I have tested many). It's such a huge relief, I'm really happy to be able to manage this burden more easily.

The simplicity is impressive. Instead of answering the same processes and questions over and over, I now go through the process once and share the instructions. In doing so, Flowshare is also intuitive. I don't have to work through the instructions myself. It's about time for this tool, what a work saver!

If I'm honest, I don't think much of monthly subscription fees. For a lone wolf or non-profit, there is a difference between buying a version and using it, and having a monthly pricing model. Not every month would be profitable. For larger companies, of course, you can see it differently.

Showing colleagues something on the screen has become increasingly difficult for me in times of extended home office. No matter if it's about creating a new page in Excel or explaining the step-by-step process for publishing an article in content management system - on the phone we fail quickly because we don't see or mean exactly the same thing. Especially if we don't even realize this at first... Video conferencing or remote access make this easier, but it's FlowShare that really makes it simple for me to create a manual - namely virtually on the fly, while I go through the individual steps once. In addition, this documentation tool has the unbeatable advantage, that what I have shown once is not half forgotten the day after tomorrow, but can lie neatly bound next to the PC and be picked up again at any time. I can't think of a more efficient and sustainable way!

This documentation tool is simple to use and highly efficient. It creates manuals "on the fly" in the background, while I am going through the different steps on the screen.

I am so sorry, but after using this documentation tool for nearly half a year I still have not found any cons...
