I was skeptical when the University told us we weren't going to allow everyone to have the license with Adobe and had to switch. But, so far, not problem.

Foxit is has been an easy switch from Adobe. Very user friendly. It is laid out for anyone of any skill level to handle. So far there hasn't been anything I have needed that I wasn't able to do. There are also some features I have not tried yet, but I feel confident will be interesting to learn.

I hate to sound like an advert for Foxit, but I haven't come across any yet. I assume eventually there will be something that won't be be editable but not yet.

Foxit is simple, clean, and easy to learn and use. I have used Adobe for years and like Foxit better. It seems to run faster and smoother than Adobe, and many of the features I use are available without even opening the Foxit program. I just right mouse click and print.

I do not have any negative comments. If I have to report something, the price for the basic bare-bones version could be less expensive and allow users to upgrade as they need more features.

I've had a great experience and will gladly continue to use this editor as long as I need it.

I like that this software is affordable and allows me to do everything that mainstream PDF editors allow me to do and more.

It can take a bit to lead at times on PC and there are so many options that you need to get used to it initially.

There are so many PDF reads and editors out there and I've tried so many of them but ultimately I always end up back by Foxit. It is so easy to use. I use it across many devices and I've NEVER had such an easy time editing a PDF on an android phone!! Foxit made it such a breeze.

I have used this application to edit documents for work and will definitely purchase the product because it does everything.

I like that I am able to scan a document in to the app and edit in any way I need. It really saves time from having to re-type an old document.

The only thing I don't like about it is that there is a fee to use the app.

I would recommend this company to any business person. The easy to use service with high quality, haven't used any other company since I found this one. Make the switch if you would like quality work.

Actually, the experience I have had with this platform has been good, it has not been perfect due to what I previously mentioned about the general interface, I consider that several improvements have to be made within that interface to ensure that users are more comfortable during the use of this application. I have loved this platform and the great tools that it has brought me during all this time, in addition, it is also important to mention that we have obtained this platform at a totally accessible price, we have paid an annual plan and we consider that you have gone at a fairly low rate , which has helped us to obtain a very powerful tool for editing and creating PDF files at a low cost. This platform has been totally beneficial for our company, we are a real estate company which needs to carry out contracts and important business documents, this platform has been key to developing these documents, we create a PDF file in a matter of minutes, we can print it from the same platform, In addition, we can block it so that it is unmodifiable by other users. We have loved digital signatures, it saves us a lot of time since we only have to press a button to add a signature to a document that we have created. We are happy with the overall performance of this platform and will continue to use it for the long term.

Foxit is a foolproof and totally reliable platform to develop all kinds of PDF files, the general platform works great and provides proper tools to create a PDF file from scratch, it also provides custom tools so you can edit a PDF file that you have already created previously. , this platform will also provide you with tools to design all types of signatures, make annotations and work with all types of files, it is a very advanced platform that will help you with everything related to PDF files. The things I liked the most were:

1.- It has an excellent digital signature system, in addition, the digital signature is separate from the main platform, to download this application it must be on your mobile phone, they are two different applications, one will help you edit PDF files and the other will help you will help you create your own digital signature. The digital signature application works great, you can create a signature and use it in all your PDF files, in addition, the digital signature that you create can be modified at any time, and you can use it in your files when necessary.

2.- The text editor that this platform has helps you to modify all types of PDF files in a matter of seconds, it has all the text fonts that currently exist, and it also allows you to modify the contrast of the letters and many more things, it really has nice built-in tools to create a very personalized PDF file.

3.- It has excellent encryption security for all your PDF documents, that means that if, for example, you create a document where there is a contract or something important, you can block it with an encryption key which will help you so that no one can modify it this file, this encryption key is very beneficial for us, because we constantly make contracts on PDF files thanks to this platform, we can lock those PDFs so that they are not modifiable.

4.- I also love the way in which this platform is capable of merging or combining several documents, for example, if I need to transform Word files into PDF files, I only have to select them and wait a few minutes, a PDF document will be created immediately With all the information converted, this feature is very important and helps you create a PDF file from multiple Word documents.

5.- It has an excellent annotation system for each PDF file, that means that if you need to leave a note or some instructions within a PDF file, this platform allows you to create that note from annotations, you can write everything you you need and each person who speaks this document will be able to visualize each of the things that you wrote, the swimming system and it works wonderfully at any time.

Foxit works wonderfully on any device, at no time have I presented any type of failure with respect to the functions provided by this platform, I have always been able to create all types of PDF documents in a matter of seconds, in addition, the file conversion system to PDF documents have worked wonderfully, at no time has it given me any type of error. I am happy with the general functionality of this platform, I have loved the fact that during all this time that I have been using it, I have not received any type of failure. The only thing that I think needs to be improved within this platform is the interface on the PDF editing platform and on the digital signature platform. I think that in both applications the interface can be a bit classic or very basic for some. people, in my opinion this interface should be improved or allow users to modify it to their liking, the interface it currently has and the colors it uses do not help the user community.

I had been using Nitro PDF for about ten years. It worked fine but as I was using an old version, it lacked many of the new features available. As an educator, Foxit offered a wonderful tool at a reasonable price. I am excited to dig deeper into the tool to see what else it can do. Teachers I would highly recommend purchasing this rather than using the free online pdf editors which are slower and clunky.

I love the portfolios, where I can bundle multiple sources into topics to give to students or for research. The user interface is very intuitive and it is a lot fast than my old pdf editor that I have been using for ten years.

No real negatives except the find in document was a bit difficult to l ok cate. Otherwise love the product.

In my day job, our organization uses Foxit Editor. In that context, I have found Foxit Editor generally easy to deal with, and with functionality useful to my work.

In my personal life, I use Foxit Reader, so Foxit Editor was a natural next step when I wanted to edit some personal PDFs. I recently used the 14 day free trial of Foxit Editor when I wanted to OCR some documents, but was put off by the price of the license when I went to purchase Foxit Editor. For Enterprise pricing, I think the price for a single license is fair... but I could not justify the cost for personal use only.

If you use Foxit Reader, Foxit Editor has the same interface, but with more functionality. I particularly liked the "convert and merge to pdf" functionality. In my day job, I frequently use this to prepare books of documents from a variety of emails, scanned documents, and written files. This functionality makes it easy to combine documents, order them correctly, and set custom bookmarks for each tab.

It would have been quite helpful if there was an option when using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function to "save" progress on reviewing 'flagged' OCR elements.

When OCR'ing 200 - 300 page documents, it can take quite some time to review all of the various exceptions. I'd often be interrupted with other urgent work before finishing my whole review of the document, and would have to choose between leaving the document unsaved and open with the review panel pending, or accepting everything, saving, then coming back and starting again with the OCR function.

We have been looking for an easy, intuitive PDF editor and Foxit does it all! I was so excited to come across this I immediately told all my colleagues to download the free trial.

Sometimes the "combining files" feature didn't work.

If you fill out a lot of PDF forms, Foxit is great at being able to fill out the form. It’s very easy to create fillable forms as well. You can easily upload a photo of your signature and use it for digitally signing documents. The platform itself is very user-friendly, most users can figure out all of its functionality.

We use Foxit PDF Editor mainly for all of our office personnel. It is used by just about all of our departments. It is mainly used for both filling and creating fillable PDF forms. As well as viewing various PDF files. It’s very user-friendly, and I get fewer support requests for Foxit mainly due to its ease of use.

Sometimes when creating forms, when the forms get used the text gets misaligned. Forms created in Foxit sometimes show up differently in other PDF programs such as Bluebeam. Foxit is more for Word documents, we as a construction company deal with a lot of PDF drawings as well, which Foxit isn’t the best PDF program for.

i like that this product does not slow down my computer when using dragon dictation software like the adobe products. i use a lot of features like splitting top level bookmarks, flatten pages adobe script (which you have already so i don't have to do anything special), etc...

I cannot figure out how to access the ability to format text inside of a rich text fillable field! I need this feature and in adobe the short cut was ctrl+e.

I've used FoxIt for years. My first experience was with an older product. It did what I needed for a much more reasonable price compared to the big competitors. I got a new PC and upgraded to the latest version. I was please with some of the upgrades of the latest version and had a good experience within FoxIt. For the price it is a good product and gets the job done well.

Editing documents is easy, text and objects are editable with this software. Creating forms might be a slight art, but overall, it's an easy process to be able to create professional documents to share with outside sources.
I haven't needed support for the newer product, but my experience with FoxIt in the past was EXCELLENT.

I would like to see some improvements to text editing. I have used other program trials and have been able to change font and colors of text, but I have not found a way to do that easily within FoxIt.

It does what I need it to do. I needed a PDF editor that would allow me to send documents to others for signatures.

I have been using Adobe for over a year now. I recently cancelled my Adobe subscription and switched to Foxit due to customer service issues. I have been very pleased with Foxit.

Was a bit hard to get it downloaded to my computer.

I will not use another editing software. Foxit has me covered no matter what it is I need to do from editing, commenting, signing, and sharing documents. Foxit has made my work life much smoother.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Adobe in my search for a PDF editor. With free alternatives available to long-entrenched Windows Office, I thought maybe someone had a similar alternative to Adobe in the PDF editing universe.
Foxit has a free trial for 14 days. That was my signal to give it a test-drive. If it lived up to it’s claims, I would give it a full try (paying reluctantly 😓)
Foxit was easy to use, navigate and execute all the tasks I had in mind for my daily use.
After the free trial, The price was $90 lesser than Adobe. In this day and age that is quite the change that I was looking for. I’m giving Foxit a 2 thumbs up sign.

The color context is a little bright for my liking, as I prefer a non-descript layout. But it is not a deal breaker.

This is a good solution for PDF editing and creation. We buy it on all our new desktops and laptops now. Works well. Works every time. Good pricing. I've never had to use support in the 5+ years I've worked with the product, so I can't comment on that aspect.

Better pricing than the old solution. No subscription required. I can buy it once and use for years! Can be used with some command line functions (used to be important for a business process that we had in place).

Slightly different interface than the old PDF solution I was used to. Takes a bit to learn how to do things in Foxit. After that, no problems.

Fantastic product through and through, I would recommend it to anyone who uses PDFs in the business sector.

Although it's "work" to create pdf fillable documents, with Foxit it fun, and amazingly easy. I love working with Foxit!

I have been using Foxit for over a year, and it has saved our company a lot of work, and time. It has made our documents easier to process on line with our clients. Foxit is user friendly, comes with a manual for immediate referencing/learning and it also has videos to help learn how to implement the great features of Foxit.

So easy to maneuver around in Foxit, Customizing documents is a cinch.
