To be honest, my experience with GoToMeeting has been relatively good. Although I have had some problems during file transfers in each video conference, I have managed to solve this problem by using third-party software. Those little glitches I've had with GoToMeeting haven't affected my experience with the platform, so I'm happy with the results I've had all this time. GoToMeeting has been giving us excellent results for more than 1 year, allowing us to communicate openly with many of our clients, share information directly with them and be able to speak with them consecutively. GoToMeeting allows me to videoconference no matter where I am, it's awesome and I will definitely continue to use it in my business. It is important to highlight that it is being used by all our employees.

GoToMeeting is one of the best services we've used in our company to communicate openly, schedule video conferences, hold online meetings, and much more. GoToMeeting plays a very important role for us and for the connectivity and sharing of information throughout our company. The things that I liked the most about GoToMeeting are the following:

1. The video quality is second to none, I have not known any other software like GoToMeeting that provides great video quality above 1080p. The best of all is that this video quality can be obtained without the need to have so much network consumption, therefore, you can carry out other activities while you are connected in a video conference from GoToMeeting, this software will not affect the network speed.

2. I love that GoToMeeting allows me to have up to 100 participants in a single video conference, plus it offers me much higher plans where I can include more than 500 people in a single video conference, it's really crazy. This high limit is quite beneficial for us, we are a company that needs to communicate with many people at the same time, so GoToMeeting helps us to be able to do that easily.

3. I love having a totally innovative chat with the help of GoToMeeting. In all the videoconferences that I have done, GoToMeeting allows everyone to speak in the chat, this is very positive since it helps to make the videoconference more interactive, in addition, it also allows participants to request permission to participate, so you can keep track without the need for a complex process, GoToMeeting offers that allow to participate button to keep order in the video conference.

4. Video conferencing from the mobile phone has a similar experience to what I have obtained from the desktop platform. This App is quite fluid, it helps me connect with all the participants from wherever I am, regardless of whether I have a computer or not. Another rewarding feature of GoToMeeting is the excellent notification system, sending regular notifications to all future video conference participants.

GoToMeeting has some negative features but I dare to say that these negative factors do not greatly affect the user experience. I trust that GoToMeeting will solve the problems that you have that do not allow you to have a complete experience, these negative characteristics are:

1. GoToMeeting does not have good file transfer. When we hold our videoconferences, we try to share files with our participants through third-party cloud storage software, since currently the file transfer in this software is quite slow, the upload of files to the platform is slow and when for Finally, the file is transferred, not all participants have access to this file, since the shared file does not appear for some.

2. Keys cannot be added to video conference rooms. On some occasions, the invitation link has been leaked by someone, and this has caused individuals not admitted to enter our videoconferences. It would be great to be able to add a password to the videoconference so that only previously authorized people can enter.

Go To Meeting can be used as a meeting solution across the organizations. It has all the basic video meeting features.

1. User can switch between call and chat seamlessly.
2. It has all the basic features like meeting recording, screen sharing and, scheduling.
3. It allows sharing documents and files during ongoing meetings.

1. The user interface is not user-friendly.
2. The meeting set up can be a hassle for some people.

We have decided to carry out our recommendation of GoToMeeting based on the quality of service. It has good customer support, and by being able to integrate it with Gotowebinar and Gototraining there is much more scope in terms of the people we can work with and the strategies we can apply. Setting up a meeting, regardless of the reason for it, whether it was a teaching session or just a video conference with a lot of people, was a bit more complicated before. Since we started implementing GoToMeeting for this it has saved time, and communicating is more convenient.

We like the fact that GoToMeeting's alarm system always gives us an exact time when our staff meetings will take place. A positive thing to highlight about the platform is that the times are adapted to the time zone of each person involved, thus avoiding confusion.

GoToMeeting is a bit simplistic in terms of features compared to other services such as GoToWebinar or GoToTraining, which, while maintaining totally different approaches to GoToMeeting, are closely related in terms of dynamics and integrations. GoToMeeting seems to be a prototype of these two, with fewer features.

GoToMeeting makes communication more convenient, and even video conferencing more suitable. Online sharing of files is well facilitated.

GoToMeeting has created efficient means for direct or speedy communication. Also, GoToMeeting design is intuitive, price is fair, and the support help is incredible.

GoToMeeting lacks speedy abilities for upload, which can be perfected, and made reputable.

We have been using GoToMeeting in our organization for our team meetings. It helps us collaborate in remote locations in real-time. It has been effortless to use, easy to share the invitation, and especially having the calendar invitation capability, which has allowed us to schedule meetings with just a few minutes to spare. While discussions are in session, we can easily switch between presenters (screen sharing), among other great features. It has been implemented for technical support and works very well.

GoToMeeting is easy to use. As a host, you can share your screen, which is excellent. Its performance is stable, audio and video impressive, guest attendees. The best web conferencing option available. It offers all the basic functionality; each participant can control if and when they want to be seen or heard. You can choose to be present, representing, aside or however, you feel comfortable.

It is constantly updating and implementing excellent features. The noise suppression and displaying up to six cameras simultaneously have been amazing.

Best software I have used for video conferencing. Thanks to LogMeIn team and for this great product.

Using it for vendor management where I have to make a call every week. I am amazed with the quality of screen sharing (presentation) and audio conference! It works fine with low bandwidth.

All looks great to me. No concern as of now from my side.

It is a decent option for video conferencing but there are already many software for this and much cheaper so maybe it will take time for it to be that better.

GoToMeeting is a great tool that provides tremendous efficiencies - without any hassle, delay or integration issues - while conducting my business remotely. I'm a fan.

GoToMeeting has an excellent interface and is very intuitive. The set up was a breeze (it basically did it automatically) and it runs without interference with any of my other software. I especially liked the ability to take calls on my mobile so that I wasn't tied to a laptop (or my office).

It's hard to say what is not to like about GoToMeeting because I've never had any trouble or found limitations. It frankly served the purpose very well!

Overall it's an excellent tool for virtual meetings and webinars and has been a life savior while doing remote work.

I've used GoToMeeting for hosting webinars. The audio and video quality is really nice and so are some of the functionality like chat, questions and segregation between host, panelist and attendee.

It's a little pricey and the video playback isn't that great during the webinar. Video played during streaming gets laggy.

Overall, GoToMeeting is the market leader for professional video conferencing. The interface is fantastic and easy to learn.

The audio quality is good, the interface is easy to navigate and the feature set is top notch. GoToMeeting. The ability to record meeting content and share is great feature. We have used it in the past for training and support purposes both on a client workstation and from mobile devices. Top Notch!

The worst part about it is the overall cost for licenses. Gets very expensive if you need separate licenses for all users.

If you want to try a different user interface other than the conventional ones, you can give it a try.
It secures a meeting with encryption.

It perfectly blends in the GoTo environment.
You can share files, do a high-quality video call.
You can record meetings as well.

There is getting congestion in the market of video conferencing applications.
Does not have fancy tools like other software.

GoToMeeting has a fairly simple interface and powerful features to provide stable communication, information and document sharing with others through virtual meetings. I use it continuously to conduct and participate in work meetings with my colleagues and it has not given me any problems, it is very easy to use and has tools that promote collaboration and remote support.

It lacks features to customize users' work environments, making it less dynamic than other video conferencing communication tools.

It is a great option to meet the clients via screen share, since end users are not forced to download apps & can be joined via web browser. it is a great touch base as well to get the activity aspect back being at home. There are various tools that you can use for multi purpose.

Goto Meeting's user interface feels us more professional & proactive. It is reliable & secure under any circumstances. It has cross platform support; which is an excellent feature based on current pandemic situation. I love using its feature like screen recording of important sessions, creating link & controlling the host over ongoing conference.

I suppose there are much improvement required in mobile version.
We found GoToMeeting is rather better as compare to web as (it becomes unstable).
