GoToMeeting makes it easy for myself and my coworkers to collaborate on projects, and maximize productivity while working from home. It is simple to use, easy to learn, and is a great way to stay connected while locked down at home.

Simple, easy to use platform with great connectivity. We love the desktop sharing capability as well.

It can sometimes take up a lot of bandwidth. Also be sure you have a quality device and internet connection.

I would recommend GoToMeeting for any leader interested in keeping the teams directing moving during leadership changes. The platform allows you the opportunity to gauge needs, leverage action, and create momentum even during a pandemic.

I liked the ability to connect virtually with my team even though in person meetings were not an option. This software allowed me to maintain direction and momentum during the pandemic.

The lag time between implementation date and user comfort. My team needed some time to learn the new platform, but once we had some experience, we were up and running in no time.

Overall, I do not think I will purchase the full product for all its’ bells and whistles. I will stick with the meeting platforms our district uses.

I like being able to share my screen while video conferencing with my staff. The added benefit of setting up calendar invites was also good.

I used the free trial and found that navigating the product was confusing at times.

GoToMeeting is a very stable and reliable video conference application. I'm using this as a substitute for the Zoom app. It works fantastic on all platforms except mobile.

Easy to access, easy to invite and accept meetings, and the video was clear. It had very minimal pick up on background noise.

The audio did break up a little bit but that could have been the area I was in.

Among the main advantages I recognized was the ability to note an area or set a specific time within the conference for simple follow-up by sending a link. This resolved my concern about needing to send calls several times later to everyone involved in order to find a specific subject or make my notes really fit. Not only does it save a lot of time, but it also looks very organized, very easy to use and incredibly practical for quick or more complex conversations.

When observing an occasion, this software program makes it very easy to write down a certain time and section, present slides individually and also check all the guests and also the size of the time invested in the conference. While we are in the middle of the occasion, in addition to chatting through all kinds of ideas and factors, I can also just create a note as and also when we come back to see it, you can click on the button and also start the video clip where you wrote it down.

I believe that GoToMeeting can be more beneficial if the user interface has more options, or if everyone uses a device at the same time. Having something that really feels more interactive, as well as a common device that we all use while at a conference would certainly be wonderful.

This is another great resource for virtual meetings. Any member can attend from anywhere! It's similar to zoom, but has better pricing. It's a great way for employees to work remotely. They claim to have extremely high security as well - which is important in our line of work. Free 14 day trial too!

It's not quite as user friendly and graphically pleasing as zoom, but it is more affordable.

My experience was good and I will plan on using it again when we are able to virtually meet. It is faster and saves time and money and keeps everybody safe.

The application is good for quick meetings and handling huge number of participants for events like webinar and orientation, works very well, there are few lags time to time but overall experience is good.

I did not come across any major con but customer support can improve as chatbot doesn't works well and the price can be more reasonable.

Nonetheless, GoToMeeting do not support a lot of people in a single meeting, whereas the plans that does are highly expensive.
