Onetrace is a connected workflow for subcontractors, bringing job planning, site evidence, and compliance sign-off into one place, from first visit through to handover. Rather than chasing spreadsheets, paper forms, and separate apps, teams get documentation that's ready for clients, main contractors, and regulators. It's construction management software built around how subcontractors actually work. Fire protection contractors use Onetrace as fire protection software, attaching photos, approval forms, and sign-offs to the relevant job and location, so proving a compliant installation takes minutes, not a search through old files. It's also used across drylining, roofing, and M&E work, with live oversight of projects, timesheets, and progress. Practical tools include customisable forms, drag-and-drop scheduling, GPS time-tracking, cost calculation, and drawing markups with photo evidence, all from a mobile device on site.

Bridgit is the leading AI workforce planning software built exclusively for construction. Founded with a simple mission — to help the construction industry maximize profits by taking a people-first approach — Bridgit has become the definitive workforce planning platform for top ENR-ranked contractors across North America. Construction's biggest challenge isn't winning work. It's having the right people ready to deliver it. Between pursuits, awarded projects, and active work across multiple offices, the moving parts within workforce planning are endless. Spreadsheets create blind spots, disconnected tools slow decisions, and last-minute scrambles put both margins and people at risk. Bridgit solves this by giving operations leaders one clear, real-time view of their entire workforce — so they can plan proactively instead of react constantly. Bridgit is a complete workforce planning solution built hand-in-hand with general contractors. It centralizes project pipelines, people data, skills, certifications, utilization, and forecasting in a single platform — replacing the whiteboards, spreadsheets, and gut-feel decisions that have defined the industry for decades. Bridgit AI layers on intelligent staffing recommendations and experience-based matching, helping teams put the right person on the right project, every time. Trusted by over 40% of the ENR 400 — including Balfour Beatty, Skanska, Ryan Companies, and Rogers-O'Brien — Bridgit integrates seamlessly with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Salesforce, BambooHR, Unanet, and more. Recently expanded to serve specialty contractors with purpose-built Labor Forecasting and Crew Management capabilities, Bridgit now supports the full construction workforce from the GC's office to the trades in the field.
