    It's great because you can also leave notes in the emails you assign so you can keep each other in the loop with what is happening.

    Positive

    Easy way to manage multiple inboxes for a team in one dashboard. Can assign messages to each other as well.

    Negative

    There are not any cons that I can think of for now.
