LeadForce Talent is an innovative platform that leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the sourcing and outreach processes specifically for recruiters and hiring teams. After users provide a simple description of a job opening, the system asks follow-up questions and meticulously scans over 780 million candidate profiles from LinkedIn, GitHub, and a variety of job boards; it then conducts personalized outreach to those potential candidates and delivers only the responses from individuals who align with the specified criteria. Notably, 32% of those who engage with the outreach progress to the interview-ready stage, demonstrating the platform's effectiveness. Primarily aimed at recruitment agencies and internal hiring teams looking for specialized talent, this tool is particularly beneficial for organizations lacking dedicated sourcing staff, but it is not designed for high-volume junior roles or positions with vague requirements. Subscriptions start at $49 per month and come with a free 7-day trial, making it accessible to a wide range of users. Established in 2024 in Kyiv, Ukraine, LeadForce Talent Inc. benefits from support from Seeds of Bravery, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, and Microsoft for Startups, highlighting the solid backing for its forward-thinking approach. Moreover, the platform is a timely solution to the increasing demand for streamlined and effective recruitment strategies amidst a competitive labor market, ensuring that organizations can find the right talent efficiently. As the recruitment landscape evolves, LeadForce Talent continues to adapt and innovate, positioning itself as a key player in the field.
