Every time over the last 6 years I've had a problem with one of my websites, InMotion support is available 7x24 to diagnose and fix the issue, even those created by my inadvertent changes to the site. They've restored from backups, rolled back versions. Things that would have taken me time to learn in just minutes.

Sites are always up when we need them. Great 7x24 technical support. Wide range of web and application expertise. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are running at maximum efficiency.

It would be nice if all domains had their own root in the www file system. There is one root domain in the file system and the root files for all other domains are below the main root.

Overall, I would highly recommend InMotion to anyone looking for hosting services. The availability 24-7 is on point for our business. We have a small staff and having the InMotion help when we need it is great.

They really work hard to keep everything up and running. I've had phone assistance and also used chat, and it's always been a positive experience. Our website went down and we weren't able to figure out exactly what happened. We suspected a hack but weren't sure. The InMotion guys went above and beyond to help me get everything back online. The assistance with email questions has been very good as well.

There is some variance in how knowledgable the team is, and sometimes there is a long wait in the queue, but they always strive to make your experience as good as possible.

Is expensive but each detail in the client service is efficient.

It was a very easy to use platform and support is outstanding. Now is the only hosting I'm using as a web hosting and email server.

It is a very sound hosting. Uptime is the best and service is wonderful. I have my web hosting for the principal domains and 4 sub-domains. Email server (I use IMAP) is also in InMotion Hosting with out any problem.

Not have, pricing is good and works 24/7 with out a glitch.

I am very pleased with the stability of the stack, the technical support I have received, the responsiveness of that support (and the multiple options to get support) and the value received for what I have paid.

The absolute best thing about InMotion Hosting is the tech support. I have a VPS account and while I am fairly technically savvy I'm definitely not a full on network system administrator. Every time I've reached out for support it has been quick and correct on as well as friendly. They offer a lot of services for free as part of the overall stack management.

I haven't found any cons that are worth mentioning. Seriously.

I had a website for a while, but have removed that, and my sole use currently is for email services.

I've been with InMotion Hosting for literally more years than I remember... probably something like 20. Support requests have always been handled promptly and effectively, and my domains (now down to one) have never been down or been breached.

Many of the help pages are either dead links or inaccurate/outdated. That is really my only complaint.

After a difficult history with several unreliable hosting firms, our experience with InMotion Hosting has been the Holy Grail we have been hoping to find.

1. The product range offers a fit for almost everyone, at a prices that fit comfortably.
2. The support team is excellent: fast, efficient, professional, caring, knowledgeable, courteous, dedicated problem-solvers.

In 2023 InMotion reduced its live telephone support availability hours. No longer phone available 24/7 means at nights and on weekends getting support by chat or by filing a service ticket to receive an email response. When I'm overseas several time zones away, getting InMotion's fast phone support is now quite limited during daytime hours and must be carefully planned.

I get an excellent value for my spend. Their pricing structure may be higher than others, but the level of support makes it a smart spend.

I literally like everything about InMotion. I've been a customer for some 14 years. In that time, I've set up a number of small businesses with sites on their service as well as a number of my own. Everyone is quite happy with them. Their site is easy to navigate, is full featured, well-designed. But what I love the most about them is their support. Best support I've ever experienced. They saved me on a Thanksgiving day when I got in over my head. They really go the extra mile and are always patient. They are truly the foundation that a lot of the work I do sits on, so their reliability is essential.

I've wracked my brain and can't come up with one. I don't think I've ever come away with a bad experience. None of the people/small companies I've ever set up with them has had a single problem or complaint.

Uptime has been 100% for at least the past year and most of the time that I have been a customer which has now been so long I don't even remember. The support is premium! I always use their live chat. The wait for the chat is usually about 5 minutes but has been up to about 15 or 20 minutes. Support is very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help me with WordPress-related issues, renewal, and more. I sometimes feel bad to ask what may seem like dumb questions but support has helped me through it all. Before InMotion Hosting I have used 2 other hosts who were cheaper but not worth the frustration.

I live in Japan, the poor exchange rate is making my hosting service more expensive as the years go on. Of course, not fault to InMotion Hosting :)

Structure of dashboard is easy to use and intuitive, easy to learn and navigate. The options for website building another large pro. You can not go wrong working with this company. It was difficult to come up with something I didn't like. One thing I could think of is adding more templates for website building and maybe a video on website building. But that's all I could think of.

Their technology is solid. But the backbone of the company is phone and chat support with friendly and experienced U.S.-based representatives.

I rarely need support. But when I do it good to know it’s just a call or click away!

Call times can be long depending on the day and time, but the callback option means I can work while I wait without being tortured by an endless loop of tedious on-hold music.

We would all live in peace and harmony. I do not update my sites very often, so sometimes I forget over the long interims how to do things. Every time I call for help, the tech support staff is so patient with me, and never condescending. I also appreciate that they seem to have a lot of female techs. While the guys are always quite respectful at InMotion specifically, that is not the case everywhere. So I always hate having to run to guys for tech help. It makes me feel small, and frustrated about socialization around tech. Whenever a female tech staff helps me, I am cheering inside. We will get there, grrrrls!

I can probably get cheaper hosting at this point. I have had this hosting company for over 15 years, when there were fewer options, and I had to host video on my own server! No YouTube or Vimeo back then. Because they have been so helpful, reliable, and available for support, though, I have never bothered shopping for a cheaper option.
