Of all the tech companies I deal with (and I've dealt with many) InMotion is my number one favorite--and a lot of that is the support staff. Whoever hires that crew and whoever manages them deserves a lot of credit. InMotion may be the best tech recommendation I ever received and I'm happy to pass that recommendation along.

I literally like everything about InMotion. I've been a customer for some 14 years. In that time, I've set up a number of small businesses with sites on their service as well as a number of my own. Everyone is quite happy with them. Their site is easy to navigate, is full featured, well-designed. But what I love the most about them is their support. Best support I've ever experienced. They saved me on a Thanksgiving day when I got in over my head. They really go the extra mile and are always patient. They are truly the foundation that a lot of the work I do sits on, so their reliability is essential.

I've wracked my brain and can't come up with one. I don't think I've ever come away with a bad experience. None of the people/small companies I've ever set up with them has had a single problem or complaint.

Uptime has been 100% for at least the past year and most of the time that I have been a customer which has now been so long I don't even remember. The support is premium! I always use their live chat. The wait for the chat is usually about 5 minutes but has been up to about 15 or 20 minutes. Support is very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help me with WordPress-related issues, renewal, and more. I sometimes feel bad to ask what may seem like dumb questions but support has helped me through it all. Before InMotion Hosting I have used 2 other hosts who were cheaper but not worth the frustration.

I live in Japan, the poor exchange rate is making my hosting service more expensive as the years go on. Of course, not fault to InMotion Hosting :)

Overall, InMotion has been so much easier to use and maintain our website and whenever there has been a problem, Tech support has been so friendly and helpful. I really like the software options and our website is always working smoothly.

There are so many things I like about InMotion Hosting. One is how great their customer service is. Each time I reach out via chat, it has been successful whether it was a problem or a question. They are very through and work hard to gather a solution. I also like the price, great pricing and I have dealt with other companies and InMotion Hosting's pricing is very competitive. Structure of dashboard is easy to use and intuitive, easy to learn and navigate. The options for website building another large pro. You can not go wrong working with this company. I will continue for as long as I am in business.

It was difficult to come up with something I didn't like. One thing I could think of is adding more templates for website building and maybe a video on website building. But that's all I could think of.

InMotion Hosting offers a wide array of hosting plans. I manage several different types of them for my clients including two VPS accounts.

Their technology is solid. But the backbone of the company is phone and chat support with friendly and experienced U.S.-based representatives.

I rarely need support. But when I do it good to know it’s just a call or click away!

Call times can be long depending on the day and time, but the callback option means I can work while I wait without being tortured by an endless loop of tedious on-hold music.

We would all live in peace and harmony. I do not update my sites very often, so sometimes I forget over the long interims how to do things. Every time I call for help, the tech support staff is so patient with me, and never condescending. I also appreciate that they seem to have a lot of female techs. While the guys are always quite respectful at InMotion specifically, that is not the case everywhere. So I always hate having to run to guys for tech help. It makes me feel small, and frustrated about socialization around tech. Whenever a female tech staff helps me, I am cheering inside. We will get there, grrrrls!

I can probably get cheaper hosting at this point. I have had this hosting company for over 15 years, when there were fewer options, and I had to host video on my own server! No YouTube or Vimeo back then. Because they have been so helpful, reliable, and available for support, though, I have never bothered shopping for a cheaper option.

Not happy with the interface for the emails. They were helpful in getting me set up in Windows Mail, but now that I see we're forced to move to Outlook, and I've heard it doesn't support many email addresses.

I have built my first website a couple of years ago and I chose InMotion Hosting. I had numerous challenges on the way and I could reach out anytime for help to their customer service stuff. I have got the help and guidelines I needed to deal with my problems. They have very good and detailed instruction videos to show you the solution for everything!

I have three accounts on slightly different packages with inMotion. They all provide the maximum benefits for the monthly costs. I've only had issues on one account with the auto installation of the free SSL certificates. Their support system is responsive and effective.

I have one account with about 24 domains attached. The auto SSL doesn't always update for each of the domains. Because InMotion does this update once a month, and at a different time of the month for each domain, I don't know it is an issue until my client contacts me. InMotion's SSL tool fixes the problem quickly, but it would be nice to either have the SSL renew once a year or have them renew at the same time each month so they could easily be monitored.

I have used this service since 2010. I have probably spoken with dozens of tech support people over the years. They are always knowledgable, courteous and patient. They always resolve my website issues. As far as I know, they do not outsource this critical function.

The website is easy to navigate and they have lots of tutorials if you would rather resolve an issue yourself.

Their prices are reasonable, too.

I have nothing to really complain about except the devilish hackers who spread malware, the inability of email filters to do what you ask them to, and the world being taken over by pre-adolescent robots.

Of course, we ALL are living in an increasingly struggling with the crazy threat of the economy aggressively complicating all our lives ever faster, both in what we do and don't do, at exponential (i.e., regularly doubling) rates. It's the faster and faster reorganization of every way of life on earth that causes the most real damage and creates the increasing risk of global economic collapse. I've studied it with the right tools to learn what trap we fell into and how and why we have not noticed nature's quite reliable solution. At the limits of growth, changing the plan.

How all successful systems of any kind work is as a whole, with all the parts filling in where new connections are needed, creating the system's resilience and allowing it to be agile in adapting to change. So, that's what's not reliably working out anymore. Now, we see the systemic breakdown and dissociation of the whole world's past way of living spreading everywhere.
