Excellent service I would only repeat it works well, reliable, low cost and many options should I wish to do more.

UP time is virtually 100% the very few times I had issues or questions, they were promptly and satisfactory solved.
The fact their cost are low is another plus, is it not?

Complicated interface. Cpanel and Amp are confusing.

Very helpful reps, service is always up, secure, and easy to use for newbies. All the needs are on here so no need to worry about setting up sites.

Hosting's amp is practical, very easy to use. Offers are great for non-profits. Most of all, tech support is very responsive. Chat and emails are very well responded to, especially if there are issues. Among other hosts we use, InMotion Hosting is our top 1.

A bit pricey, especially after the initial offers but has to be manageable eventually if planned out the sustainability after the three-year initial purchase.

I wish InMotion Hosting was also a domain registrar. Otherwise, it's all good.

Overall, hosting is something you just want to work without headaches. Almost a set and forget type thing. InMotion Hosting provides this - and when you do need them, most importantly, they are there to help and there to help quickly. No task seems too big or too small and no effort is too great to make sure you get a great outcome.

The stand out feature of InMotion Hosting must be their support. Their technical assistance team is second to none. On the odd occasion something isn't quite working, support is there to fix the issue and provide guidance for future reference. Their ability to understand your needs is so good. This good be for when you want to upgrade or downgrade products or when you need them to understand the issues (which are usually user issues) that are being faced - and rectify these quickly and without fuss.
I you want comfort that you'll be looked after and have support and assistance when you need it - InMotion Hosting is your provider.

Not a lot of cons can be thought of. I have really only had good experiences on all fronts - which is very unusual for businesses today!

Hosting and e-mail are excellent, the cost is reasonable, customer service is U. S. based and excellent.

Since the pandemic, customer service is no longer 24 hours.

I've been using InMotion Hosting company for about 8 years or so now and they have never failed on me. The company I work for uses InMotion as a third-party hosting provider. I have recommended InMotion to several people including my wife, her business partners, friends of mine.. I actually should get a referral commission from InMotion :D --- Review title says it all: best hosting company out there. Highly recommended!

Their tech support is superb! Not only they're all knowledgeable but also their response time is super fast. 99% of the time I contact them via Support Chat, and I get things resolved very quick. Servers up-time is pretty much 100%. Prices are just right.

The service by InMotion Hosting is great both through the live and the chat support. I recommend this company highly.

They decided to forego the 24-hour live service and not offer it on weekends either. We weren't even informed of it, whereas I think we should've been sent an email about it. Not even one word. I hope the upper management changes its policy and informs customers about such important matters. Having said that, I am still very grateful for the great service they've been able to provide. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help and fix things. Their support staff are competent and knowledgeable. Overall, I couldn't be happier. :)

I have had a great relationship with InMotion Hosting - But when I have a problem (rarely) they are always right there with an answer. Whether it was when I changed one of my websites to WP - they were quick to help - They always had an answer for any problem.. When I wanted to sell my book online, they figured how to do that.

They were always quick to find a solution. When Dreamweaver, stopped supporting one of my sites, - InMotion Hosting came up with a solution. They are the BEST! what else do I need to say?

For close to two decades, I have called upon the company's technical support team for assistance and have consistently encountered individuals who are attentive, courteous, competent, and kind. In an era where too many businesses are turning to robots and AI to interact with customers, it is wonderful to talk with another human being and get the service I need -- and sometimes service I didn't know I needed. I will continue to be with InMotion Hosting because they operate with the knowledge that business begins and ends with people.

This is not really a con, but I hope InMotion Hosting will continue to develop learning guides and videos that explain various components and operations for customers, like me, who are not tech-savvy.

Being an author, I prefer to focus on writing books and information on my site to website design. InMotion Hosting allows me to do that while still having very nice, professional websites. Their free subdomains have allowed me to add many additional features without any extra cost, too. Whenever I have had issues, tech support was super fast with either fixing the problem (the usual scenario) or telling me what I needed to do to fix it.

InMotion makes it possible to create an attractive website, even for those with no experience. They offer a great selection of features. Tech support is fast, thorough and very helpful. I've used them many times and their help has been invaluable! My sites are rarely down, and when they are, they come back online quickly.

InMotion is a little expensive (not too terrible though, and I wish they offered other payment options like every six months.

I'd describe InMotion Hosting as EXACTLY what a host should be: NOT there when I don't need them; so no fuss, no problems. Other than updating my credit card when they change the date/secret code... I pretty much don't have to think of my hosting AT ALL!!

Smooth sailing! On the VERY rare (like maybe twice a year, if that?) occasions when I have a question or problem, tech or billing support is very quickly available -- and always helpful. Recently upgraded my account(s) to the VPS (virtual personal server, is it?), which process seemed a bit complicated to the non-techie in me -- but the various folks who helped and did things to get my sites TRFed over were great. Very happy with the VPS now too!

Can't remember any 'glitches' or site/page disappearances off the web; one of the best things is I do NOT need to think or worry about IMH: they're just humming along and doing what I pay them to do! I have two personal sites and a (manufacturing) business site. I don't use most of the multitude of 'things' offered... don't sell on line, don't even use the blog function. (I had a blog for the biz a few year sago; may get back to it someday, if I get more time.)

Can't really think of any. Sometimes it can be a little hard to find stuff on the site (cause there is SO MUCH info there) -- but part of that is me not knowing quite what to CALL something I want to ask about! I don't speak techie very well!!

They have solved every issue I have encountered and, at times, I believe they have provided me service beyond what is within their scope to provide. I am greatly appreciative of everything they have done to keep my systems up and running. I have been with Inmotion for many years now and, even though I have looked at pricing with competitors, I still remain with InMotion Hosting because they have provided me the best service I have ever had. Outside of maintenance I haven't really had any outage issues so they seem to maintain a hardened service on the back-end.

We have tried multiple servers in the past. The customer service team is awesome! They support Wordpress very well. They communicate updates or issues via email. Phone and chat support are the best!
