Issuu has wonderful customer service and they are quick to respond, as well as very friendly! This made my experience amazing, as it is rare to have such wonderful experiences with customer service!

It seamlessly integrated with my Squarespace account, which made my website look very clean and professional!

I did not have any issues with this platform, besides the price tag. But for someone that needs written articles integrated on to Squarespace, it is definitely worth it.

Positive. I have been pleased all along how nicely my non-profit's documents are displayed and how easy they are for users to access.

Karen answered my question promptly and clearly. I was then able to create the links as I wanted to.

Since using Issuu I needed help twice - once with uploading content and once regarding a billing question. I always received an email reply back within 24-48 hours. The team is professional and makes sure all questions are answered.

Issuu is easy to use, looks professional and clean and the team provides great customer service via email.

Would love to be able to chat online or speak with customer service in person.

Overall I think it's a feature that all content creators need. It saves time and also encourages you to make the most out of the content you create.

I love the way it saves time making content that I can use in several locations. It solves a problem that I've needed solved for a while.

In my dreams it would have a way for me to take audio or written content and turn it into graphics.

Speed of response and customer communications were great with the issue resolved to my satisfaction.

Customer service person Karen resolved the Issue given after a few attempts previously, the communication on e mail was good and kept me informed all the way during the process, the customer service advisor knew what the issue was and resolved it efficiently.

No cons to this issue on the item in question.

We used the paid version of Issuu for more than a decade to publish newspapers, magazines and other publications for our clients. They could use the embedded links on their sites. Never had any problems. We do not produce many pdf's anymore.

Easy to use. Handy features. Low price for high quality. The Issuu features added value to our PDFs.

No cons. Used Issuu for many years without any problems.

Really helpful answer from the team at ISSUU and we will continue to use them for any further queries we have.

Terrible. We cannot get a resolution for the issues we are having and the reply emails may take 24 to 48 hours.

People can see the issues.

Cannot actulaly spek to a person when there is an issue. just emails back and forth.

Clients have not been able to purchase issues. No one can tell me why.

I would definitely consider Issuu again if my company starts reaching out to more clients. Right now we reach out to only a few.

After realizing that the product was not for us because we are too small of a company the team at Issuu responded immediately and took care of my concerns.

Great product, poor customer support. I will sign up again for the paid version when I need it, but I'll be wary if I need customer support.

The product worked exactly as I hoped and was extremely user-friendly. I would recommend it to anyone needing flipbooks.

Customer support was terrible. It took me three weeks to resolve my issue and the online chat feature didn't work either time. (Actually, the second time I believe the chat was ended by Maria after she read my request for a refund.)

Overall I would say that my experience has been great but that is because of Katerina- if it wasn't for her, I would have potentially looked for another system that might meet our needs a little better.

I like the price, the customer service, and that it meets our need of storing our documents.

It feels very basic- I think there could be a lot more solutions added to make it feel more solutions-based. I know that we are probably not using it the way that other companies do, but I just see a lot of potential for it.

I am not a user of the software, my opinion is just as a licensing team.

I signed up for the year and I am excited about the possibilities to share my vision and products with no creative limitations.

I love the ability to post videos, gif, and more. I tried Dropbox Shop for a while but it allows users to download your product which does not work for me. I love how ISSUU handles this predicament for content creators.

Simple a UI/UX, its good. I've already recommended the service to some of my counterparts at other organizations.

There is not more analytics, its basic analytics.

Overall, this has been such an amazing tool for our company. We have been able to step up our game in digital interactivity and can't wait to explore even more of the features.

I love how easy this is to use, how you are able to overlay and embed videos within the software and so much more! We use this tool for not only digital booklets but also for other digital tests.

I wish that I could overlay webpages / links in the software as well.

Entirely positive. We took a gamble back in 2011, because you never know which web service will survive and grow and who might fade and disappear.

Mint Theater Co, an off-Broadway not-for-profit in NYC, has been using ISSUU since 2011. We post our programs and flyers and other "print" material and then link to our website or send links by email. We love being able to track the stats on the life of our materials and the ease with which we can share things with our audience without sending attachments.

We appreciate that ISSUU keeps updating and improving, but we aren't always paying attention and so sometimes we discover that things have changed and we have to catch up!

Great product & service! I am very satisfied and happy with the customer support team, and the product itself.
