This is a powerful tool for advanced project management, helping teams to deal with complex workflows and detailed project requirements. It satisfies to the full extent.

Jira provides the full solution with robust and flexible features that allow you to fully manage & automate the workflow of simple, as well as complex projects. It also has rich reporting and analytics.

Due to the extensive features Jira has, the learning curve is quite steep and it is suggested that you invest in training.

Overall, Jira is an outstanding and fantastic tool for project management. I like the ability to assign projects and define the time it takes to complete a certain task.

Jira is a brilliant and exceptional tool that provides great features that makes project management easier. I have been using Jira for more than 8 years and it has been of great help to me and my organization. I like the fact that it is so easy to tailor the project management view on Jira to your organization's needs.

To be sincere, there is nothing i dislike about Jira as it meets all my expectations.

Jira has allowed me to assign and follow up on the different tasks of the different members and work team that I currently manage. Thanks to this platform, I can see the progress of these assigned tasks and thus be able to see and analyze what is being done well and whether the corresponding deadlines are being met in relation to the projects being managed. This platform solved the problem of our disorganized projects. This tool allows me to keep my entire team on a single page and thus be able to manage the different obstacles that arise and thus complete the projects more easily. I like that they continue to add functionalities that allow complete management of tasks and projects. This makes this platform more attractive since it does not stagnate in basic functionalities and adapts to the new technologies of today.

The feature that stands out for me is the assignment of tasks and subtasks, as this has allowed me to have a better record and tracking of the processes that must be completed in a project, resulting in having total control and minimizing time losses in case something fails. Jira's customization is unmatched, organizing work with this platform is incredible as it gives total control to customization and even more so when it has different templates that allow streamlining the planning of a project. It has AI integrated into certain tools on this platform, this has helped me generate much more efficient reports, it also integrates with different popular platforms in relation to communication and teamwork.

Extensive and deep features that require some learning time to be able to use this tool properly. I would like them to simplify the learning process so that it is easier to adapt. In addition, its interface became more complex after applying certain updates, which radically changed how the interface was structured. Although this platform is complex to use, there are certain features that require a bit of tools, especially in the communication part. I feel that my work team has a hard time adapting to maintaining communication within this platform. It seems that Jira does not adapt to the new communication methods that currently exist.

Love it! The ability to assign projects and define the time it takes to complete a certain task really helps teams measure their success.

I love that it is so easy to tailor the project management view on Jira to your organizational needs. Pricing is very fair compared to other tools as well.

There's nothing I dislike about Jira. It is very customizable with different views that are useful for different used cases.

JIRA is the default in our organization and I cant image working anywhere else that isn't using JIRA. I would really like to see Atlassian acquire ProductPlan or similar service that gives more high level product planning capabilities that are so tight with JIRA.

I have been using JIRA for 10+ years. I love it but also hate it at the same time. However the love for it far surpasses the unhappiness! Atlassian has been making the product better the last 2 years and Cloud is by far the best they have ever done. The platform is powerful and the ease of use is improving in each release. At this point there is literally no need to use anything else.

For junior or small teams JIRA is too much but for any team doing actual product development work this is the tool.

Good platform to manage agile-based projects. We are really happy with the product. Users can interact and ask questions. We can easily calculate the amount of work that can be done in a particular sprint. We can easily track the amount of work spent on a particular project. Bug monitoring can be done very easily. Overall, it's a pretty good product for project management.

With Jira software, we can create plans, organize work and issues and follow activities. We can easily manage project activities and track progress over time. Our team can be able to raise issues in the form of tickets and track bugs and fixes. For a particular EPIC, we can create user stories. In the dashboard, overall progress can be easily tracked. Tools such as cloning and links help to track tasks more easily. We can easily integrate the tool with outlook to get notifications. In Jira, unlike other project management tools, we can easily attach various documents and files including videos and pictures. Configurations and integration with other products can be done very quickly.

It's not good for mobile devices. We have to go for a laptop tool to get full configurations. Compared to other project management tools available in the market, it's somewhat more expensive. The initial learning curve of the product is long. Using Jira, it's really difficult to work on the waterfall model. Search filters can be improved. Other than this we are really happy with the product.

Helps with managing teams in remote locations. Helps collaborate content to drive for a solution to a problem or deign.

Great program to organize projects and work together as a team. The team can be remote but still proactive with providing content.

Not much to complain about the program. Better training material would help.

Jira is always great, very preferred for development and technical teams.
Lots of features that can be sometimes overwhelming, but on the flip side you are sure you need everything you need for successful projects

It can get a little overwhelming at times with the number of features.
It is also not as great for non-technical users as well, feel it's more for developers, which can be an issue if you are involving most of your team in product related tasks.

Jira is overall a great tool to streamline the workflow in organizations. It has an intuitive user interface, with the features and productivity it provides it completely justifies its price.

3. Tasks can be assigned easily to an employee, and ticket creation for bugs is also effortless to generate.
4. Sprint board feature helps a lot in streamlining the workflow and increasing the overall productivity.

Overall a great tool for what it is, but a huge complaint of mine is that you almost need a degree in JIRA to be able to set up things on the backend. However as a front end user (who gets assigned tickets) it's easy to pick up and use.

Jira helps tremendously in creating roadmaps and sprints of projects to divide and assigns specific tasks to developers via tickets. It helps in creating tickets for bugs, reviews and tasks. The overall UI of the application is fluid and streamlined, and it does not take a while to get used to the application. As a developer, Jira plays a very important role in my line of work as it shows me daily tasks and bugs that I have to fix all at one place.

As it has too many functionalities and integrations, it can be bloated to use sometimes or to find a specific feature of use.

Jira is a user-friendly tool with intuitive UI to track software development phases in a way that it can be used in future for bug tracking and solving various planning issues. It also handles the ticketing system within an organization. Attaching and linking various files is simple. It also helps in keeping work log of employees by hours.

Ticket cannot be deleted after they have been created.
It does not have user-friendly UI in the mobile version.

A little convoluted in the way of document control and finding and creating graphs within the program can be nice. But the scripts are easy to use and overall it is a nice program.

Both the agile/engineering members can use this and so can operations members. I love that we can do just about everything in one place.

Sometimes it can get a bit hard to try and find what you need using the system search. Just have to bookmark it and hope you don't lose it.

Overall, still the most fully featured project management software on the market, but not as user friendly as some smaller competitors.

I have faced common problems in form automations, I have tried to get the support team to give me their contribution to solve it but really the solutions that they have given me have been very little to the problem that we need to solve. Although it has a complete interface, customization is quite complicated, adapting the options to our use and requirements is not as simple as we thought. As well as, in general terms Jira is not as easy to use as we expected, it takes time to learn how to use each aspect when we start, but thanks to the documentation it is possible to go through a much faster learning curve. It requires a high broadband, since it becomes slow when our internet is slow, this interferes with our work and the tasks that we are doing. As I mentioned, there are limitations in customization, it has been difficult for us to change the names of the different members of the work team, if they have the same name it can be confusing, as well as for the prioritization of tasks, so we would like and it seems essential to us to have the control over certain aspects that we need to adapt to the comfort of our work. Another thing is that we notice that one tool depends on another, and then this one depends on another, and everything becomes a cycle that seems to have no end to finish configuring it, it is not comfortable or practical.

Jira is a must-have tool if you are working on many different projects at the same time. It's easy to cooperate and communicate with your colleagues and the very customizable status menu is a great way to track the progress of your various projects.
