Some additional Task Tracker configurations and usability updates would be helpful similar to excel functionality.

Overall I loved the software. Free trial for small companies testing is good and it is even capable of handling big MNCs and make the work sheet filing process easy.

There is nothing much in Cons. Pricing is also good not much high.

Since we are a growing agency with multiple project and hundreds of resources, it is easy to use Kantata for resource planning, allocation, and following that allocation during execution. We can aim for higher resource utilization with this.

Single Dashboard to review all submitted, resubmitted and pending timesheets which makes weekly timesheet review a simple task. It is much better than Tempo timesheets that I have used in past.

Nothing in particular but more filter and sorting options on project page would have been more helpful as it takes a while to find what you are looking for in it's current view.

Kantata is a great tool managing a project's entire lifecycle including pipeline, capacity, margins, etc. Whenever I have any questions their support staff is always quick to respond!

We do marketing SaaS implementations for some of the biggest companies out there and Mavenlink is our project management tool. It helps us keep projects on track and within the set budgets, improves collaboration with customers, and makes the whole project management easier and more efficient.

Mavenlink is a very powerful tool to manage projects and there are multiple reasons we went for it after throughly analyzing other tools. We have over 850 employees spread out in 15 offices across the globe and Mavenlink is very easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface and all the help tutorials, videos, FAQs, and great live support. Overall, we've been using it for 5 years.

The other positive thing is Mavenlink has many integrations with 3rd party tools like JIRA, Salesforce, and many others. It's a huge plus there's also Mavenlink API for everything else that isn't yet officially supported.

The platform has project templates, Gantt chart, time tracking tools, expense reports, timesheets, invoicing, file storage, collaboration feed, resource planner and all kinds of reports. It is accompanied by very flexible permission management and different rate cards depending on a region. What is also nice, you can invite client users to projects for free.

The notification management is pretty flexible and is done via emails that you can configure in many ways to not get overwhelmed with all the updates (a big plus).

Last but not least, there is a web-optimized mobile app and a browser plug-in to do time tracking and project updates on the go.

With all the benefits, there are a few minor inconveniences. For example, you cannot select multiple tasks/milestones/deliverables in a project and do a mass-update (i.e. change status or assignees) - you have to go one by one (as of 2020 there was an updated task tracker in beta which will address this). File manager portion could also be expanded and use some permission management, folders, upload requests or sharing links. It doesn't look like Mavenlink supports multiple languages (at least we use English UI across the company and the help portal didn't suggest any language settings per user). Other than that there isn't much to add.

Overall very satisfied with the product. PSO of about 150 people strong. Consultants find the time entry easy to use. Management loves the reports. PMs would like to see better management of projects/resources functionality added.

User friendly interface, fast, and dependable. We're not using the tool to its max potential (yet), but so far we're overall happy with what it provides.

The fly-out left menu bar is a bit annoying when you're trying to grab screenshots.

Overall, Kantata was adopted readily by our staff and switching to it was a good move for our business. We're looking into using more features and getting even more out of it.

We previously used Workamajig, but felt limited by its reporting capabilities and its ability to integrate with other systems. Kantata has given us visibility to data we didn't have before, which has been a huge benefit to our business.

In the implementation process we uncovered a few quirks around invoicing and timesheet approvals that prevented us from using Kantata exactly how we wanted to use it. We've had to adapt to the tool a bit, instead of the other way around.

Mavenlink is a great tool if you need a way to keep close track of your projects, time, and budgets. It can also be integrated with other enterprise software.

The overall experience of using Kantata was superb! We saw a good spike in productivity of the resources and management tasks has been made much easy with the product.

No cons in fact but as a suggestion ease of use is something that can be improved. For example, for new users in our organization, we had to give them a small session on using Kantata.

This program allows me and my co-workers to know what is expected of us each month, where our clients stand, provides us with a place to document our work and the time dedicated to the tasks. Genuinely, I find this program to offer the most helpful features when working on projects collaboratively.

Kantata, formerly Mavenlink, will randomly stop working occasionally and the support team will have to fix the bug. Can be inconvenient.
