The Linq electronic business card is a fantastic tool for managing your CRM and streamlining the process of entering business contacts. By reducing the time it takes to enter and organize contacts, you can focus more on building relationships and growing your business. Additionally, the environmental benefit of reducing paper waste is a wonderful bonus. It's always great to find tools that not only improve efficiency but also contribute to sustainability efforts.

I have not encountered any as of yet! I will update my review site when it I encounter an issue.

On a scale of 10, my experience is 6/10. If some of the above-mentioned cons are addressed, I think I could be 10/10.

Automatically collects contact information for me.
Environmentally friendly since no need for printing business cards.
Its cost-effective in the long term for organizations since it's a one-time buy.
Information collected is uploaded so you can't lose your data.

Takes a long time and the focus of the discussion shifts to filing the form.
You have to have internet access to access the form which may not be effective, especially in remote areas.
The card is heavy, make it lighter and smaller if possible.
Color schemes of the card, I was only able to get a black one, do we have other colors?

I recommend this spot 100% I am very satisfied and also my customer don’t have an extra car and the wallet so it makes it easier to change contact and keep track of your customers easy to make payments and affordable.

It’s so much easier to exchange information with customer and keep track of your business I highly recommended love it if your business owner of any type, you should have a Linq business card.

I love not having to carry physical paper business cards. I have all of my networking contacts in one place, and it is all done digitally. It makes connecting as seamless as possible.

I really enjoy using Linq at networking events. It makes connecting with people seamless, and you are "in their phone". No one can throw out your card, and you get a database of the people you have connected with, so it is all in one place. I also use it for a landing page for my various socials and website. I recently upgraded to a branded card, which looks very slick with my logo.

It is very easy to set up and get started. I use it at every networking event and even at the curling club when sitting around a table with others after a game.

While I appreciate their customer service, I found when I tried to order a custom card, that the shipping options to Canada were horrendously expensive to send a credit card-sized card across a border. I waited for Black Friday, so the total cost was still reasonable.

I LOVE IT! I have had the best experience with Linq. From the amazing capabilities, east of set up and the support, I have become a true believer. I recommend to everyone and look forward to implementing this within our company in the future.

Linq has not only been able to allow me to provide the maximum of information to those that I am recruiting and networking with, but it has become the envy of those I am competing against. Fellow recruiters and candidates are fascinated by the technology I have on my wrist. Best of all.... I no longer have to carry pounds of heavy, 3-ply cardstock flyers that will be obsolete in less than 6 months by my Marketing Department. Thus, Linq has just saved me chiropractic visits and made me look like a hero to my company in printing expenses and the envy of those who want to know why people keep touching my wrist with their phone. Best piece of jewelry ever!

I have found the NFC is not always 100%. Still trying to work out if it is setting or the phone case of the person or what.

It was a good experience but like anything new, there was a learning curve. I have to say though it was worth the work and our employees like using them over paper business cards.

The ability to instantly Exchange Contact Info and also update it as well. We also like the ability to stack custom content on your contact page such as reviews and directions.

Setting up multiple templates for an organization was time-consuming. There are some bugs in the software, but nothing support can't help with.

Great overall experience. The reaching I get from clients when asking them to unlock their phone and tap on the card, is priceless. Saves me from having to re-order business cards too.

I've tested this at a major convention, and it performed flawlessly for lead generation in an instant. I am referring this to all of my team, and we will soon be testing efficacy. I think this is money well-spent, and will continue to use it moving forward

I love that the contacts can be integrated to my CRM. I also love the ability to create a robust and interactive landing page for the potential contacts while attending trade shows. It can eliminate the need for a physical product flyer, thus saving money.

The only con for me is that not all phones will accept NFC, so I sometimes have to manually enter the leads. Fortunately, the app interface is quick and intuitive, so adding them is a snap.

Linq is an excellent product as well as service backing the product. I couldn't recommend it enough to new businesses looking to grow.

This product is a great replacement for the traditional business card. The customizable landing page once a user scans your card is fantastic - I have it set up to book appointments and it has made call-to-action networking much more successful, follow-up rates a noticeably higher.

The tap feature does not always work, but there is a backup barcode to scan so it has never created a large problem.
