PositiveBeing able to remote in to a computer in a different location has been very beneficial for our tax company. We have one main location and several remote offices. We are able to log in to a tax prep computer and see what the preparer is having an issue with and fix it without anyone having to leave their computer.
NegativeWe did not come across any issues using LogMeIn Rescue.

Positivecompatible with User account control, its security features are superb. you chat use the chatbox while remoting and you can do multiple sessions without experiencing any slowness.
NegativeSome of the analyses are a bit complicated to read but they can get better. It's a bit overwhelming to use for first-time users and the subscription amount is very expensive.
