I used to use other tools for photo post production but since I tried Luminar I only use this software.

The ease of use and the precision of the tools make this software one of the best I have ever used. I consider it essential for post-processing exceptional photos.

I've been using it for a year and so far I haven't found any defects.

Very good. It was not possible to fix crashing software, so I was offered a new download of the most current software. very generous of Skylum, very generous.

Responses were very specific and precise. Customer Service reps were responsive asking for more data to resolve the issue. I emailed prolly a dozen times or more, and there was ALWAYS a good natured response, no matter how frustrated I got.

Sometimes the response time was not a quick as I would have liked and I would like some type of telephone support.

The customer service is awesome.

Sometime adding new things is good but don't remove the good one like Luminar 4. Otherwise I like Luminar Neo.

I like they offer pretty much everything I need to add on my pictures. It is simple and easy.
Love the Gen Erase.

Also I love the way Luminar 4 show all your folders picture on the side and under while you work a photo. Too bad you don't have that anymore.

I'm happy with my purchase because it's easier than Lightroom. Editing is easy. On the plus side, you can buy more editing apps and pay every two years.

Intelligent smart adjustments and fast replies to emails. The multi-frame batch mode is convenient and fast.

There is no cloud service. Burdens the machine when disk space is reduced.

I have used, and still use both Photoshop and Lightroom. But these past few years I mostly only use Luminar Neo. In Luminar Neo you have everything you would ever need. And, yes, sometimes I also use Luminar Neo just to play around, kind of as an amusement. Silly, yes, but that is how wonderful Luminar Neo is.

Luminar Neo is versatile, easy to learn and use. And gives you good results. And there are all the options you need - and even some more.

Sometimes it could be nice to use different text and fonts, but, then again, it is not that important.

Easy and fun, short learning curve, with many editing possibilities. Surprising results even for inexperienced users like me.

It can be used as a standalone tool, and it can also be integrated to tools such as Photoshop & Lightroom. Needless to say, Generative AI feature improves efficiency.

It can be quite complex for beginners to set everything up initially. However, once you are settled, everything becomes extremely simple.

Very satisfying experience. I am a dum moron on computers and the advices given where sound and easy to follow.

Service is really fast and great. While my message was initially send on French, responses where made by google translation (return original response in English include). Speed of response impressed me. The solution worked!

Skylum site is thick and somehow is not at best. But I did find where to ask for support.

I love this software because you can do everything you need for you photo without big complications and with great results.

Awesome team support. I had a problem on Sunday morning and they resolved it in ten minutes answering in real time.

The program is still evolving and sometimes you need to wait for the new update.

I have had several minor issues about using Luminar Neo and have therefore consulted the support team.
On each occasion I have been very pleased with the speed of response and the answers to my issues, which have all been resolved due to the assistance received.

The crash happened just before the weekend, no luck but Monday everything was back to normal and I was able to continue developing the photos for a contest.

Just great can edit a photo in minutes beautiful menus easy to learn just great the AI is amazing works very well scaling denoise color brightness editing works very well too.

The program is very intuitive, easy to use and simply fantastic, it identifies the elements of the photo and creates modifications perfectly that adapt to the photo elements and photo lighting.

Excellent. This program has exceeded my expectations, especially in the use of AI in editing (Structure sliders for example). Erase functions are the main attraction (can still be improved), but I also use dodge/burn and the clone tool quite a bit. Many photos can be dramatically improved with a change of sky. Much, much easier and faster than Photoshop.

Much easier to use than Photoshop, with better results in shorter time. I use it in conjunction with Apple Photos as an external editor. I originally started a subscription after evaluating Luminar Neo against other editors such as Inpaint, and Super Eraser for the erase application. Luminar turned out to be best. Later I discovered its AI functions, which are quite impressive.

The DeNoise sliders need improvement. I obtain better results with Topaz DeNoise, and use it for photos taken at high Iso. The erase brush is not perfect, and multiple applications are required to obtain acceptable results with complicated backgrounds.

I tried other similar products but they were too complex for me. I had to work too hard and it restricted my creativity. My work requires freedom and flow and Luminar Neo fulfills all my needs and desires. And it's fun.

Luminar Neo is highly intuitive and therefore easy to learn, or re-learn after a break.
The support is exceptional as is the astounding number of enhancements, free or paid.
It offers incredible freedom in post-processing and discovery as you are immersed in the process.

So far, I have not encountered any cons in my work.

Overall it's a good product and it is quickly becoming a viable alternative to Photoshop/Lightroom. Skylum has made many photographer tasks easier and fun to use

Modern technology and easy to use. The interface is quite intuitive and easy to come to grips with. The use of AI was a leading example for others to follow.

Frequent updates with new features/changes can overwhelm those who are not constantly using the software. The price however will have to stay competitive with the competition.

Good program for beginners and pro' s! Easy to use even without reading the manual! Very fast and many presets to use!

Only had problem with the installation. Could not login via start up on the Skylum account.

Very good tool to quickly achieve appealing results, good additional AI tools, unfortunately with weaknesses in speed.

The program is very easy to use, and thanks to the tutorials on youtube, even beginners can quickly achieve good results. I can only praise the support: a small problem (the raw profiles were not displayed, although they were RAW images) was solved quickly and competently.

The speed for loading the images is simply too long (despite the new fast computer). there are camera profiles available for RAW images, but I have not yet found an automatic lens correction like in Lightroom.
