I have had several minor issues about using Luminar Neo and have therefore consulted the support team.
On each occasion I have been very pleased with the speed of response and the answers to my issues, which have all been resolved due to the assistance received.

The crash happened just before the weekend, no luck but Monday everything was back to normal and I was able to continue developing the photos for a contest.

Just great can edit a photo in minutes beautiful menus easy to learn just great the AI is amazing works very well scaling denoise color brightness editing works very well too.

The program is very intuitive, easy to use and simply fantastic, it identifies the elements of the photo and creates modifications perfectly that adapt to the photo elements and photo lighting.

Until now didn't find anything that I didn't like.

Excellent. This program has exceeded my expectations, especially in the use of AI in editing (Structure sliders for example). Erase functions are the main attraction (can still be improved), but I also use dodge/burn and the clone tool quite a bit. Many photos can be dramatically improved with a change of sky. Much, much easier and faster than Photoshop.

Much easier to use than Photoshop, with better results in shorter time. I use it in conjunction with Apple Photos as an external editor. I originally started a subscription after evaluating Luminar Neo against other editors such as Inpaint, and Super Eraser for the erase application. Luminar turned out to be best. Later I discovered its AI functions, which are quite impressive.

The DeNoise sliders need improvement. I obtain better results with Topaz DeNoise, and use it for photos taken at high Iso. The erase brush is not perfect, and multiple applications are required to obtain acceptable results with complicated backgrounds.

I tried other similar products but they were too complex for me. I had to work too hard and it restricted my creativity. My work requires freedom and flow and Luminar Neo fulfills all my needs and desires. And it's fun.

Luminar Neo is highly intuitive and therefore easy to learn, or re-learn after a break.
The support is exceptional as is the astounding number of enhancements, free or paid.
It offers incredible freedom in post-processing and discovery as you are immersed in the process.

So far, I have not encountered any cons in my work.

Overall it's a good product and it is quickly becoming a viable alternative to Photoshop/Lightroom. Skylum has made many photographer tasks easier and fun to use

Modern technology and easy to use. The interface is quite intuitive and easy to come to grips with. The use of AI was a leading example for others to follow.

Frequent updates with new features/changes can overwhelm those who are not constantly using the software. The price however will have to stay competitive with the competition.

Good program for beginners and pro' s! Easy to use even without reading the manual! Very fast and many presets to use!

Only had problem with the installation. Could not login via start up on the Skylum account.

Very good tool to quickly achieve appealing results, good additional AI tools, unfortunately with weaknesses in speed.

The program is very easy to use, and thanks to the tutorials on youtube, even beginners can quickly achieve good results. I can only praise the support: a small problem (the raw profiles were not displayed, although they were RAW images) was solved quickly and competently.

The speed for loading the images is simply too long (despite the new fast computer). there are camera profiles available for RAW images, but I have not yet found an automatic lens correction like in Lightroom.

Luminar Neo the best photo software!!
Neo is a perfect new development beyond the capabilities of Luminar AT.
Even if at the beginning you had to do without programming components that were used in AI.
But at the moment Neo has already caught up with all of that.
Skylum, keep it up!!

At the moment I can't say or describe anything negative.
What would be nicer would be photo management, which is very simple with Neo.

I use Luminar Neo only incidentally, preferring to use PhotoShop and the quality of my Nikon D850 camera, which drives me to constantly improve my shots.

I was ready to delete the application, but Anastasia's extreme responsiveness paid off. My sincere thanks to her.

Good; brilliant support that has been very rapid in responding and all replies to emails handled by one person which is appreciated by this customer.

Easy programme to use for post processing with lots of presets and tools that work, and I like being able to use it as a plug-in to Apple Photo.

Difficult if you are not totally computer savvy to update and get new presets in to Luminar Neo in my opinion.

This is the level of support that all businesses should try and match, from start to finish they were Fantastic.

I am a student photographer. In my mind PhotoShop is the tool to go. However, I need to take a community college class to use it effectively. My friend told me and suggested me to buy this software less study time and outcome as same as PhotoShop (actually I do not know if it is as same as PhotoShop but as of now Luminar Neo Pro does what I need)

Easy to use the package built in numerous functions ready to use with less time. I like the super shape functionality. it works both with a crop or full frame sensor.

Removal a large area takes more time. My friend who has used Luminar Neo still also thinks that PhotoShop can do this job easier.

I would recommend Luminar Neo for quick adjustments of photos.
For other more demanding use of features there is longer experience needed.

Ease of use, several very useful features (e.g. super sharp, relight), very good masking.
Very responsive support.

- no possibility to attach comments to photos;
- lack of function to add individual photo to album (catalog view - > select photo-> right click on photo->the only possibility to choose is "Create album"),
- no chance to organize albums (no tags)

Excellent product and the support is prompt and solves the problem without bouncing around to try to find a solution.

First, the product and its upgrades are great. As with any good program, there are times when technical support is needed to solve a particular problem. This is where Luminar really shines. The chat function as well as using emails to contact support is fast - no waiting for 20 minutes just to have someone plow through a checklist to try to solve your problem. The tech support is very well trained identified my problems and was able to give me a direct answer.

There is a learning curve but that is to be expected when learning a new product.

Great support team, great softwares, great features. Love everything about Luminar Neo. Just wanna thanks for both products.

Since I discovered Luminar Neo I’ve been in love with it. I bought because I can’t afford paying subscriptions and saw that Luminar Neo gave me the one time purchase option and bought it for that reason. Since then I can’t leave without it. Friendly interface, easy to use, offer a lot of awesome features. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

The support team has always resolved my issues and Im thankful for that.

I like everything about Luminar Neo and Luminar AI but I don’t like the fact that I bought Luminar AI on the App Store and now the app is not longer available.

* Any amateur can edit a photo with this if they simply go through every option
* The AI options sometimes make your mouth drop open

*Luminar NEO has many extras such as extensions and features. But you cannot always purchase these separately when you want them. Sometimes these have to be through an annual subscription and sometimes purchased separately, which is a bit annoying.
* You like to be informed of new developments, but receiving a few emails almost daily is sometimes annoying
* A few options in NEO are rather hidden in the program and have no logical place in the menu
* The program offers a kind of workflow, but this could be improved a lot more

Overall, I really like using this product. It is easy to use and powerful. While i have and have used other products, this remains my "go to". I found the tutorials useful and it would be nice to see them linked off the edit pages so one can get there more easily. I would also like a cloud version, as well, so I don't have to download and load the application. Finally, I found the versioning confusing as you support both Luminar AI and Neo and one wonders why not just upgrade the AI?

Ease of use. It does so much so easily; I can edit my photos quickly and so effectively. Much easier to use than PhotoShop.

The export is clunky.
Overall the support is good; the people know their product; but the turnaround is 24 hours, which is OK but not great.
Google and others are catching up on the AI parts.
The versioning is confusing as different but similar versions are rolled out and then the old one is not kept as up to date.

It is a very nice product developed by a very nice team! Keep up the good work! Can't wait to use it to improve my overall photography workflow! Highly recommended!

It is a very powerful tool for photographer to speed up the photo editing process. Grab it during the promotion period and the price is really affordable! Other than the application itself, the customer support is very friendly and helpful. Their reply is fast and are very flexible in terms of providing solutions.

Don't have a downside at the moment. More like a suggestions for Luminar Neo at this stage. The functions inside the application might still be limited at the moment, wish that you guys have a function like AI generative fill like what Photoshop have. Other than that, maybe can add in functions like rotate the photo while cropping the photos. I tried to crop and wanted to rotate the photo for about 10degree, but I can't see the options to do it.
