    Summary

    I've heard employees talking how easy and quick it is to submit a work order. They have the link on their desktop so it is literally at their finger tips.

    The ease of use, for myself and other employees. Biggest feature I like is being able to set reminders up. Very nice for filter changes.

    I can't think of anything I don't like. I've used a few other software systems and most had holes in them. Maintenance Care doesn't.

    I have been using this product since 2018 and it has met the need for my staff and myself. We have enjoyed using this product to get our work accomplished and we have a written report for council and committee meetings showing our progress. This product has helped us save fuel and windshield time going to get a work order completed.

    My staff and I really enjoy using this product, we can see work orders on our phones and not have to be at a desktop computer. Another benefit is that we can plan what materials we need to take to a site and avoid loss of time and fuel. The last benefit is that we can enter notes, costs associated with a work order and close it off our phone as well.

    I would like to have the software we have to include a method to have scheduled work that needs to be done periodically.

    Easy to use program. Keeps our team organized and ensure high priority tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    The program helps the maintenance team ensure all requirements under the FLTCA are itemized as part of the preventative maintenance tasks to ensure we meet regulations/ guidelines.
    Easy to use program that we have installed in all our nursing units so that anyone can enter a maintenance repair request and nothing is missed.
    Tracking monthly and quarterly tasks helps us as well in our quality improvement, including documenting equipment repairs to ensure we are using resources effectively for the life of the product.

    We carry a list of items to be completed. The software has allowed us to keep track of the tasks and the fact that the technicians can upload a picture of the performed task is great to keep track of the performed work.

    When a filter is applied it retains the memory of the filter. Sometimes is difficult to find a task if there was a filter applied and not cleared.
