This tool is an alert system that is proactive and responsive which allows us to take immediate action and potential downtime.

The cost might be a bit higher for smaller organizations and it takes some time to set up the tool if you are new to network management.

A one stop solution for all the infrastructure monitoring, budget friendly and the support is very good.

Can monitor almost all the vendor devices. Add-ons can be enabled for application monitoring, firewall monitoring, storage Monitoring, etc.

UI could be enhanced for materialistic view. SNMP based monitors failing has been an issue. Cli based monitoring for MFA enabled devices is not available yet.

I didn't feel any dislike for any feature but if i suggest, ManageEngine OpManager alarms can be cumbersome to customize at the individual monitor level. We often get multiple alarm for the same fault, which can be annoying.
