    With Medallia we are able to collect customer feedback about our work by inserting a survey page on the marketing's email. The development of the feedback page is easy and noncoding. Overall, Medallia is excellent. It helps to collect client opinions.

    It has a wide customisation option in the form generation.
    Can be inserted into marketing emails.
    The response is centralized on one page and easy to view.

    Negative

    It would be great if they offer option to remove watermarks. No other cons.
