Overall experience is going good since 4+ years & still going on. Its amazing features & seamless integration has bring a lot of smoothness & productivity.

The best part is its integration with other Microsoft applications, due to this function the workflow becomes very smooth.

The only thing i feel as a con is its interface seems a bit outdated, as compared to its competitors.

My overall experience has been extremely possible. It helps me schedule meeting right from the emails, mobile access is very smooth, the multiple authentication ensures a secured access over my inbox.

There are a lot of Pros some of them are its email management options like advanced filters, email categorization, sync with other Microsoft tools like Microsoft teams, Calendar & scheduling. Also its user friendly which is a great thing for new users & there are a plenty of tools embedded which helps you customize & manage your emails.

We frequently see a delay in updating our email box, apart from that Microsoft Outlook seems a perfect tools for professional collaboration & communication.

Microsoft Outlook continues to be the dominant email & calendar app for businesses invested in the office ecosystem. But the complex interface caters more towards power users.

The experience I had with this platform was quite good, it provided excellent sending and receiving of each of the emails in its version for computers, however, as I mentioned previously, it is really necessary to improve the application for mobile devices, since It has problems when it comes to Refreshing the inbox in the background and when it comes to sending notifications of received emails, however, those negative things do not change my opinion about this platform, I still consider it to be a platform that is worth a lot pity, which provides you with a totally secure inbox to avoid fraudulent emails, I recommend it without a doubt for any company.

One of the main problems that we face while using this platform is regarding the application for mobile devices. I have installed the application for mobile devices and my devices with the iOS operating system, and I have noticed that when linking several inboxes, the notification and background update system does not work correctly, I have noticed that I have received several emails in my personal inbox and in my business inbox, and I have noticed that the application never sends me any type of notice, for these emails to be reflected correctly, I must update the application manually, so it is absolutely necessary that A better background update system is implemented. Also, I also didn't like the fact that to link an IMAP inbox, it is a complex process, you have to fill many boxes which can be a bit annoying for some users.

Outlook is the email client with the most features and best interface, but it can be slow and buggy on desktop, especially when starting up.

Outlook is still my favorite email software, because of its many, many functionalities and the possibility to customize your mailbox to a great extent.

-Very great customizability regarding mailboxes and subcategories of your main inbox
-setting signatures is very easy and you can create as many different ones as you want
-integrated Outlook calendar
-you can add an email as an attachment to another email to forward them

-Outlook used to automatically pop out new emails, which was really convenient. This functionality was removed in the last few years.
-There are a lot of different functions and I regularly have to troubleshoot in order to find a certain functionality

Overall, if you and your business want a platform that is easy for all of your employees to use and doesn't have too many features for one to distracted with, Outlook is the one for you.

I honestly do not have a major con. The only thing I can think of is that the layout of where features are varies depending on what device I am using, so it can be difficult to find certain things. However, this is really minor!

After working with Outlook for 5 years, I switched to GMail for work email and the change was instantaneous. While Outlook can be customized, default views easily lead to email overwhelm and dropped balls. I would not use it as an email solution if I had another choice.
