We still use NetSuite for our backend financials like invoicing but moved to HubSpot for external deal quoting and forecasting.

I would buy this product again. Some companies can afford the pricing and some cannot. If you can afford it then buy it, you won't regret it and you'll find if you utilize it's features, you will most likely earn back those dollars in the form of increased productivity.

My favorite part of Netsuite is that you can import and export data so easily. We often Import large amounts of data from various systems. If you can export it to a CSV file then you can put it in Netsuite. We also use Netsuite's features to slice and dice the data so we can know right where we are and where we need to be.

Pricing is higher than normal. It does provide for great support but you have to pay for it.

The related records is a powerful tool in NetSuite. It gives all departments the ability to track fulfillments, invoices, payments, etc. The audit feature allows for a detailed level of all those involved. We were able to eliminate manual approvals by routing them through the system with an audit trail.

NetSuite is very good at adding transaction types. It is not very good at ad-hoc P&L generation. Since our company has a lot of Pro Forma adjustments, NetSuite is not equipped to handle that type of scenario. Also, there are a lot of incorrect entries that can be deterred if we can easily turn off access to certain department-entity combinations.

NetSuite ERP is being used in sales, marketing, and finance departments. As a user of NetSuite, it helps me to get info from various parts in one spot. This enables me to examine buyer orders, invoices, NPS client orders, and also automatically shoot the messages of mine.

NetSuite is well suited for inventory management and production management. It allows us to view our inventory levels in real-time. It also alerts my team when inventory level falls below our minimum quantity. This has helped my team greatly in production planning and demand planning.

Overall, I'm impressed by the capabilities and features of NetSuite, and I can certainly appreciate their goals and mission. However, for the vast majority of small business owners, there are probably better, simpler routes out there to explore first. Just do your research ahead of time.

The features and capabilities of NetSuite are unmatched. For a larger company who needs transparency and places high importance on things such as inventory, invoicing and reporting, etc. Bear in mind, however, that upkeep is a full time job in itself.

I'm only speaking from my experience here, as a smaller business, but it goes without saying , I soon learned, that NetSuite is not for small business. It's extremely time-consuming and cumbersome to learn in addition to maintaining the daily operations of a business. Also, the CRM features don't seem to flow as seamlessly as I've seen in much more affordable, simpler programs.

At an operational level this CRM is the best in the market. In spite of having a lot of competition, it has always been at the highest level, maintaining an ease of use high enough for each department to easily and reliably manage each record and each report, keeping up to date the income and the guarantee of each product generated. We were able to set up warranty replacements through NetSuite customer support, which has been very useful when completing each project with each customer. we were able to directly access the inventory without the need to manually review it, which takes more time than we should have had with the customer.

We have the ability to reconcile inventories through an easy and advanced configuration to manage. At the same time its ease of navigation allows us to help our people and our customers through a friendly interface to carry out each project that we register. All orders have been based on the revenue recorded daily. We can also assign to each one the corresponding guarantee so that they feel secure when returning their order.

We need an API and easier to configure, this has led us sometimes to lose time when configuring and reviewing the tickets that are leaving us in our requests tray. It is also very tedious to be asking for help to developers every time we want to add a function based on each new report we have.

The data that can be pulled from and customized in NetSuite is nearly limitless. Used by every department in our company in different ways.

Suite comes with so many tools and management processes that its customization gets difficult at times.

If you need a lot of features beyond basic GL software like Quickbooks, this is the way to go. I would implement sooner rather than later because the more complicated your GL gets, the harder it'll be to transition to this

The industry leader for a reason. Can slice and dice data in all sorts of ways. Can stand alone for variance analysis if only looking at 1 budget

If versioning on budgets or plans you'll need additional software. Interface is not intuitive at all. The look and feel is very outdated and clunky. Takes a while to master
