When working on client tasks Onehub comes in very convenient for sharing files with clients and coworkers. Its dashboard shares everything on a single screen. Its theme customization option gives the ability to add a business logo and background colors on the home screen.

The best option I liked is its file share option. It allows transferring of files between teams and clients. Its cloud storage provides a high grade of security for files/documents. The whole team can stay and manage files on Onehub. Allows customization in the sign-in page according to business.

Till now I haven't found any downside when using Onehub.

The quality of the previews is poor, and the idea of the previews is to view them without downloading them, but this is not the case. You need to download them to see better image quality. This can be a very high cost in relation to the operating cost of a small business.

Overall, I rate Onehub five stars for its security and hassle-free interface. I loved the way it allows to change folder access. Highly recommend it, very useful in SMB.
