PositiveOperto Teams is the most flexible solution in the market for helping reduce the disfunction that is managing the back-end of your short-term rental business. I'm continually amazed at the automation that we have been able to provide across the many different locations we've deployed the solution.
We found with other solutions there were always things missing, or a limited set of options, this wasn't the case with Operto Teams. This platform really allows you to structure your backend how you've always wanted to. The few times that we haven't been able to solve our problems the team have been amazing in helping us find solutions or have quickly added the functions we required. We genuinely feel supported by their team knowing we can rely on them to get back to us clearly and promptly even though we're based on the other side of the world!NegativeWe only wish that we had found Operto teams sooner after having wasted a year and a half with our previous provider, with promises that never came true.
