Great experience with Technical and Customer Support despite re-activating the software a couple of times. All in all, the support I received was excellent. I have recommended the product many times already.

Ease of Use, Ease of Installation. The product is very simple to use and fast. Customer and Technical Support was excellent and very responsive.

I had to re-activate the software a couple of times, but aside from that, experience was great.

Timely response and follow up. While I believe that an operating system caused my program to malfunction, customer service had the solution.

Service response time might have been faster but it was the Holidays for both sides.

For the price it was very positive, but definitely not as good as the overpriced industry standards.

Some limitations in editing.
An important suggestion.
Currently I do not see how to insert a solid rectangle to cover text. So is it possible to insert a shape and fill them with a block colour; for instance a white square to block out parts of text not wanting to be seen in the final edited PDF.

I just had a problem with the validity Licence number, last bought on November 2022. The system was telling me it was expired at the beginning of March 2023. An immediate mail with a quick answer allowed to solve the problem.

Responsiveness, kindness, competence, and clarity of explanations. For me it's always a pleasure to send en email to your services, because I'm quite sure that within one hour, I will obtain an appropriate answer.

Nothing! I'm a user since 2013 and very satisfied of the product and by your services! You are at the top level!

Would be great, when it would be possible to change from JPG to PDF.
I use it for the genealogy of our family and I can collect all documents of a person in only one file!

- The possibility to change from PDF to word and others
- To put several pages in one file together.

- prefer the former desktop
- change from word (or other) to PDF missing
- window after opening with recent files in the middle of the screen is disturbing!

I love the product and love what I can do with it. I recommend it over other similar products I have used.

I love the ease of basic use. It took repeated tries to learn the finer detailed editing. The support team is responsive and very knowledgeable. They were very helpful. I would rate the product higher but, it was not as intuitive as I anticipated.

I had problems with installation due to initial install errors. It was a while before I discovered there was a problem and it required I uninstall/reinstall the application from scratch twice. I believe both times were issues on my end.

I am currently retired but before that I was a physicist and an electronics engineer. I used to use Adobe's Acrobat for the above four features as well.
I used to generate the PDF files with the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF printer.

I like these 4 functionalities that I use exclusively:
- merge
- delete pages
- rotate pages
- snapshot

The price too high to have only these four features.

All positive, especially customer service, I cannot rate Annalisa highly enough, she always responds swiftly and has been an amazing help to me.

Very easy to use, I mainly use it to add and remove pages from documents. It is very easy to navigate around.

The only (slight) issue that I have is that, when I am importing multiple, different pages or documents into a file, the software doesn't automatically send me to the previous folder that I accessed to import a file/folder. so I have to click through the file structure each time to reach the correct folder.

Very dissatisfied with the business dealings i had with the people i purchased the program through.

When you figure it out it works pretty good.
The layout was good but could use dome upgrading.

They were very slow with answering any technical questions.
They cancelled my account and said if i wanted to continue using it i had to purchase another subscription which is not good business.

They had the gall to offer me an upgrade for 13.99 when I already own the product key for the product. Shame on them, unethical.

It's a good program if you don't need to replace it.

if you replace your computer, forget it. I bought the product, but they would not tell me how to download the product so I could use my product code on my new computer.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. The company does not seem to care. I ended up paying a price for a product I was not able to use as I required (in two devices). I no longer have access to the account (they blocked it) and yet, I did not get my money back.

It's a good tool, it's easy to use and has as many features as one needs on a daily home office basis.

Once you get a lifetime plan, please note that "one user only" means "one device only", so you have to purchase a plan for each of your devices, which makes no sense in this digital era. Customer service is terrible. They processed a refund (which I had not asked for), which never showed in my account. So I have payed for a product that I could only partially use which I no longer have access to (it was blocked from my account) and, worst of all, did not get my money back. 192 American dollars put to waste.

I use PDF Pro 10 for online courses and it helps me focus on key information. Besides just a a great product, they provide quick, exceptional service that I have used twice.

PDF Pro 10 provides full functionality that I use to annotate and export documents which facilitates learning. I use it all the time and love it.

I have not found anything that I would change in functionality or service.

I do not work with PDF files a lot. However, whenever a legal document or medical paperwork needs to be updated, completed, etc., so easy to scan it in and then use PDF PRO 10 to perform edits, updates, etc. Finished paperwork is neat, readable, accurate and professional looking. note: Hate trying to hand-write information on a form in tiny little blanks spaced less than 1/4" apart.

Having used PDF PRO 10 for over four years:
* Had to uninstall and reinstall (sometimes adding a patch), whenever a Windows 10 update was installed.
* When Windows 11 was installed, had to purchase a new version - still a bargain however!

The platform can sometimes be useful, but they don't know what a lifetime subscription is.

It is a cheap solution and not hard to use for small corrections.

It gets difficult to do any complicated document.

You pay for the lifetime subscription; your key expires in one year. Then, surprise, they ask you for more money as you were on an old version of the software. Quite scammy.

Staff very professional and kind when I goofed on installation. No muss, no fuss! Really appreciate the ease of solving my problem.

Conversion of pdf to Excel spreadsheet. I have a personal project where this this has been extremely useful.

Have not found anything I really dislike. It has done what I want it to do.

Purchased PDF Pro 10 to help me create, edit, and secure documents. Product worked as described, at a reasonable price. Would recommend as an alternative to Adobe.

License sometimes requires reset, but customer service is very responsive, getting me back up and running within 12-24 hours.

I had to purchase PDF Pro again because the one I bought one year ago stop working. I'll see what will happen with this one.

I like the capability for reading and edit PDF files.

For a first time user who was familiar with Adobe Acrobat reader and editing software, PDF Pro appears harder to use. For example: When I tried to "Add Text" locating those texts was not easy because the cursor does not fall exactly where I wanted to place the exts, so I had to type those texts and relocate them for the desired position. I may find other issues in the future.

I purchased the program to help me edit PDF documents that included Map data as well as work with documents that required further editing. The ease at which the program works made it easy to accomplish all of my tasks.

When support for the original program was no longer available my program shut down and I received the indicator that my trial period was up again and that I needed to purchase a license in order to use the program. I was then given the opportunity to purchase the latest version of the program for the same low price that I had paid for the original program. At the same time, I was informed that I could continue using the older program but that it would not be supported. The updated program appears to be much better than the first and is well worth the investment.

Despite the fact that I have purchased a lifetime license my program has shut down 3 times in the past two years and indicated that my trial period is up and that I need to purchase a license. At this point neither the program or any of my PDF's can be opened until a new license key is provided. This is done with no cost and an apology but is very disruptive.

Overall i'm very pleased with the package so far and it works for the main uses i require. I need to spend some time to explore other features to see if these can be of use. Would really like the drag a tab to open a new separate view option as this i need all the time.

I use the software for creating and editing as well as viewing PDFs.
The editing ability works very well including the page swapping once i got used to it.

My main frustrations to date are that i can't drag a tab to open a new separate view to allow two PDF's to be viewed at the same time, I have to open one in Adobe. The other is that when i inset a page this is not as easy as there is not option to choose if i want to inset before or after a specific page.
