Worth it for what it does. Frustrating to see I could have got it half price after is ordered it at full price.

It is a cheaper alternative to Adobe that does the job. We've used it for over five years and it's worked well, creating pdf and merging PDF documents.

The annual payment/ update process is a pain. Every year it says Windows 10 may have problems and it's still there. Why it needs a patch after all this time I've no idea.

Good and cheap for a retired person to use.

It was a cheap solution, to edit and read my PDF files.

I have some PDF files that it does not want to open and gives error, I the still have to use Adobe PDF Reader.

Very pleased with the product overall. Easy to install. Version changes can be messy (e.g. uninstall then re-install).

Does everything I want - create PDF from Word & eXcel. Merge/extract PDFs. Like the one-off charge (outright purchase).

Some PDFs cant be read e.g. Microsoft print to PDF. Sometimes have to use Acrobat because PDF Pro can't open it.

Excellent software for that price.

I work in IT in an agency with 60 employees. There are a half dozen people who need to edit PDFs. Using PDF Pro 10 has saved us a ton of money.

Does all the basic things you need from a PDF editor without a monthly fee.

When adding text, the screen flashes a tiny bit with each letter. It works fine, it's just distracting.

I have used PDF Pro for a bit more than a year and I am always happy about its ease of use and the many features that make it possible to correct and adapt PDFs for my use.

I like the many features, which allow me to correct and adapt PDFs I receive, so they fit for my purposes.

There isn't really anything I do not like about PDF Pro.

Had a problem reactivating and got a quick response to solve my problem. I have used in the past other PDF software and PDF Pro is great.

There have been a few times that my license has inactivated.

Many usable functions. Ability to change content as well as the pdf files themselves (insert pages from other files, extract pages etc.).

More user-friendly interface desired. More logical icons and/or attached description of the icons.

Do not buy and assume you will may get one or two upgrades. The owner / developer considers Lifetime upgrades as when they want some more money again, then ask you to buy new again.

Used PDF Pro 10 for several years. Product works but has gaps of times where they do not fix or upgrade the product.

Frustrating.

That I could not get the proper help to reinstall the software after I had to reload windows on my computer.

Overall, this interface is arbitrary, unstable and not at all intuitive.

Simple tasks are difficult or impossible to perform. For example, often when I scan sheet music, my scanner inserts a .5 inch black line at the top. I want to make the black line disappear so the document prints nicely. I tried for 30 minutes. "Markup" appears to be the only way to do this. Markup lets to draw freehand with a pencil tool. However, after a little while the interface switches from presenting a pencil icon to a select box that will not allow me to draw. After 4 or 5 tries I gave up.

Good product for the price. and very helpful service desk.

It is easy to use and has many different functions.

Sometimes the changed interface is hard to work with. I liked the old version more.

Sometimes activation does not work anymore and you need helpdesk to solve (and they do).

I wouldn't ever buy a product from this company. I'm out 50 dollars but that's all they'll get.

Poor customer service. They sent incorrect license key that expires every few months. Sent me incorrect product.

For the price it does good job. It will let you create pdf, edit, extract, insert pages, allow you to create secured pdf.

I purchased this product and paid for Pro in March 2019. They emailed me link for PDF 10 and not Pro. I emailed them and promptly sent e link for PDF Pro 10. Product worked fine until August 2019. Gave me message trial period expired. I emailed Customer Support and promptly emailed me another license key. Worked fine until March 2020 and my trial period expired? Emailed customer support and they emailed me another license key. Now March 2021 my trial period expired again. Emailed customer support. No response. I wouldn't buy this product and nor recommend.

The sporadic requirement for a new license number adds an absolutely unnecessary element of concern when planning to use the program. Whether or not it prevents software piracy I do not know, but it certainly creates hardships for those who purchased the product legitimately. There are too many other PDF options available and I will certainly be switching to one of those.

Overall the product is pretty much like any other PDF editor. There is nothing extraordinary to set it apart from similar programs except the fair price.

I am assuming it is a security feature employed by PDF Pro Ltd. but if for any reason the program needs to be reinstalled or if Windows 10 does a significant system upgrade, PDF Pro will require a new license number to function. Obtaining this new number will take several days at best. This little quirk alone means that in order to open an existing document, it may require several days of planning if one of these two things has occurred. If the matter is urgent it will requires the use of some other PDF program. The need to use a second program to do what PDF Pro should have done alone certainly begs a obvious question.

Don't buy this product. You will be wasting your 50 bucks. I believe that this software is a scam. The support team for this product does not exist.

There are no pros to this software. I purchased because it was inexpensive. But now I know why. None of the features work properly.

The software doesn't work like it should. You can't edit text among other non working features. When trying to contact support, there is none. Don't throw away your money like I did.

Will get something else. There are much better editors around. Editing PDF documents is a real hole in software. The switch to subscription made Adobe way too expensive for a casual user. I read PDFs daily but edit only once a week or so - just want something basic and cheap. I would at least expect to be able to print on different paper sizes.

You can do SOME editing, like typewriting and drawing lines. You can use the line drawing to sign documents.

You can do SOME editing, but there are big things missing. The biggest problem is that you can ONLY print on A4 paper - I read nothing about this limitation anywhere before I bought it and wasted a lot of time trying to print on larger size paper - their Support people confirm you can only print on A4. What other software has this limitation??? None I have bought since the 80s.
Other things are missing like some basic windows commands to zoom etc. Everything has to be done through the menus.
For the price it is so-so value.

I have been scammed 30 dollars and I want my money back since I did not subscribe to it and it came out of my account.

None. The PDF document didn't convert to Word.

Everything including deducting funds from my debit card without my consent.

Stay away, not worth the money! Would rather pay 10 times more for another app, or change my job....

The app is actually an app, and not completely scam. The customer support actually exist (in some ways).

The app is almost 100% trash, and do not have any smart settings for personalizing the experience. The customer support is poison, trying to "trick" you to think that theres nothing wrong with the app.
