Good overall, it has good functionality; I use it for business and study/academic purposes.

Functionality is very good, have used this product for quite a while, and enjoy it; it meets my needs very well.

Delivery and installation is a little problematic, but good support made a big difference, it all worked out in the end; response for support was excellent.

I am happy with the product and when I learn to navigate and use the functions I will be more than happy I'm sure with it.

Before I purchased PDF Pro 10 I had several questions which were answered by a staff member named Annalissa. She was always prompt and informative in reply and more than that was always courteous which meant a lot to me and was subsequently my reason for making the purchase.

I would like to have more information on how to use the product with out having to search in the media for this.

I am very satisfied with the PDF Pro 10. A PDF Editor is a must have program these days when most documents come as portable document format. I am impressed with the support provided by the company. Real professionals who always provide prompt and to-the-point help to solve any problem.

The price which is much cheaper than Adobe Acrobat Pro and yet it is an excellent product with all the features doing everything one would expect from a PDF Editor.

I cannot fault the product. I have never encountered any issue while using the program.

Don't buy...they are dishonest in my estimation. I am looking for a PDF editor that is reliable from another company that will back their product.

Except for the fact that the program consistently crashes each time Windows updates and you have to contact the company to get a new activation code before you can reload the software to use it, when it is working it's not too bad.

The company admitted the program crashes whenever Windows updates... 3 times within a couple of months. You have to contact the company to get a new activation code and reload the software each time. Their software is defective. They will not issued a permanent activation code and refused to refund my money--past the 30 day window. They know about the defect but will not honor their satisfaction guarantee. They are counting on you not discovering the problem within the first 30 days.

I like the simplicity and design of the software. I like that you can import images files, which is huge for me. Most of all, the product support team is top notch.

Nothing. Really works as it should. I have to learn it more to give a proper assessment.

Lousy! Because of lousy customer support, no chance of refunds, buggy installations, rip-off asking 10 bucks a year to do updates.

For my limited needs it works. Support is nearly nonexistent. Updates are buggy. Updates require uninstall 1st.

After the 1st year of purchase, you must spend another $9.95 to get maintenance updates, new versions.
I did it (stupid me) To do this they send you a new install.exe and a new activation key.
You MUST uninstall the old program 1st. The new key didn't work on my old version, so I followed their instructions.
The new install failed every time, (Windows 10) so I reinstalled my old one, now it says it's a trial and I must purchase again at full price. I didn't record the old key (stupid me again)
When I contacted support, they said my issued was already resolved and left me hanging.
If you need advanced features stay away. For very simple uses it was ok.
I am now out $60.

BAD. The product has good features but the design of the menu itself is crappy. It is not user-friendly. No instructions and the customer service is non-existent. I am struggling to make it work to no avail.

When I had the old version, it worked great. I could amend the document, add words etc. When I upgraded to Windows 11, it did not work. The company told me I have to buy the latest and greatest version.

The address window is too big and takes up half the page. Asked the help desk and they told me the remedy is to minimize it. What a crap! When I minimize, I cannot use any of the menu items. Many emails to customer service with screenshots and no help. They repeated the same thing. I would not buy this latest and greatest version. Every time I open a document, the sub menu for distance and spacing adjustment takes up another quarter of the page. I have to go and click the hand button to get it off. There is no way to remove it. No instruction manual at all. When you click on the Help tab, nothing comes up. Just says Small font or something like that.

Very pleased that I choose a pdf creation / editing program that has support team to ensure any issues can be resolved quickly so I was able to continue utilising the program.

How quickly the PDF Pro team firstly responded to my enquiry and secondly their follow up with a solution.

I don't have any complaints about the product yet so I can't share any cons.

Once I had mastered the environment, it was full steam ahead.

Clean, easy to use, mark up / stamp / editing and very competitive pricing.

Nothing specific comes to mind.

Wonderful product; good value for your dollar; excellent tech support; offers many good features for editing.

Offers all of the features of more expensive PDF applications; not as expensive as other applications.

Typewriter feature a little challenging--hard to line up text entered in a check box or filling in on a line.

Still a useful tool but would be even better if I didn't have to keep requesting reinstallation links.

When it is working correctly PDF Pro is every bit as versatile as Adobe Acrobat for most day-to-day needs.

The big downside is its fragility with any and every update to the PC causing PDF Pro to become inoperative.

I find the product backed up by support is a no brainer to purchase the subscription. Anyone that wants a good PDF program to use, that works well, should look at this product as a replacement to the other PDF applications out in the ether.

Support is top notch, Annalissa who supported my issue was very helpful from start to finish and it didn't take to long to rectify the issue.

There's not a lot to not like about PDFPro10, it is a very good product for the price point, ease of use etc.

Super easy to use. Works better than advertised, as far as I'm concerned. Made it easy to migrate new computers for our office. Customer service is top notch and quick.

There were no "Cons" that I could identify. This product is easy to use and does exactly what it says it will do!

Program stoped working after a computer change but the support I received from the support department was perfect and professional.

Terrible experience wasted money on a product whose licensing does not work thus making the product unusable.

When it worked it was okay. There is nothing about this product that I would recommend other than warning people not to buy it.

After 1 ONE day the product stopped working insisting that the license had expired. I searched for help and discovered that this was not uncommon with windows 10 ??? There is a fix on the website which did not work. After contacting support I was directed to remove the product and re-install it using a new license key. I did this and it worked..... for 1 ONE day, then it said license invalid or expired. This products licensing is faulty and whilst it works when it works don't expect to use it for more than 1 day. Do not buy this.

I had issues activating the software and the support team was quick to respond (despite this week being Thanksgiving) and we were able to get everything solved right away.

Other than the weird underlining quirk (user error/ignorance?), this program is just as good as Adobe and I'm happy to have it.

I am a Paralegal and it has almost every feature I need: conversion from PDF to Word and visa versa; adding and deleting pages; stamps (I use for digital exhibit stickers); and Bates Labeling. There's a quirk though (see Cons).

I don't like that when I edit a PDF I can't underline selected text (you can italicize and bold it though) and I can't remove lines. Example: My boss sent me a Demand letter to send, but his template was old and had his old email address on the header. I deleted the old text and typed the new text (email address). However, the line that was under the text was the length of the old text (shorter) and looked weird with the new text. I tried to select the line as an object to delete it (something I can do in Adobe when the line is not "with" the text), but nowhere under Edit Text or Edit Image was I able to select the line. My boss also typed an email address in the "to" section that I needed to underline. I couldn't find a way to underline it even though I could bold/italicize/and change the font/color/size. Weird. Normally I edit drafts in Word, but sometimes I get PDFs that are "ready to go", but aren't. So, while this feature is not something I have to have every day, I do need it from time to time and would like this program to have.

Hard to make it nice when you sign documents, can't make everything fit.

I find it really useful. Easy to use, great customer support and it’s good value. PDF’s are everywhere but unless you have a decent editor there is nothing you can do with them. PDF Pro makes them so much more than just readable files.

It’s easy to use. I can manipulate pdf files however I want, split them up, re-order them, create them, it’s a really useful tool.

I had some problems with installation but customer support were great and helped me out.

Very very poor in every aspect. Nothing compared to Adobe, like getting a one wheel bicycle when you believed you were getting a Ferrari.

Absolutely nothing ... compared to Adobe this is rubbish.

It keeps crashing.. and when you look for technical support, they say uninstall and reinstall. Great if this solved the problem, but having to do it every time you use the product... absolute rubbish.
Keep as far away as possible. Go with Adobe - more expensive but 1000% better.
