I have had a very good overall experience with PIMworks product and their team so far. The feature are rich and very good.

The vendor profile management module is very good. Additionally we can easily achieve 2 way synchronization of product data across Magento channel.

The knowledge base frequency could see a lot of improvement.

PIMworks definitely has a good set of features but some features needs more refinement and fine tuning.

The native API integration that PIMworks provides with both our internal and external applications is good.

In terms of streamlining catalog data, a lot of bugs and issues pop up. Also, the UAT environment lags a lot which needs correction.

Overall, I would have to say that PIMworks is a fantastic software with very useful set of features and functionalities.

I like the fact that a lot of custom requirements and customizations are done by the PIMworks team in a short span of time.

I do not dislike anything. The team is helpful and good.

More amount of knowledge documents are required. But apart from that I am fully satisfied with the software.
