    Very easy to implement and to use, and to create custom forms for daily use in the project, for security, quality etc.

    Cost management and workflows are the best module, easy to configure the API with ERP like Dynamics.

    Great tool for construction and facility asset management

    Summary

    Good financial reporting on projects and status of where things are at. The software makes it easy to hold directors, contractors, PMs, etc accountable with the visual workflow and reporting tool.

    Positive

    Custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows are all easy to build. The system overall is very easy to use. You can drill down in reports to see things are the project, portfolio, and program levels. All the modules work together seamlessly which helps reduce duplicate data entry and has gotten us off of using multiple platforms for our facility asset management.

    Negative

    It would be great if they had more online YouTube training videos. Currently they mostly just offer paid training services. (on the plus side, this isn't needed much as the system is very user friendly)

    Summary

    It allows us to handle the entire construction process and post-construction (maintenance management) in one platform. The system is user-friendly and intuitive and the support team is quick to respond. It has helped our organization go paperless and with the visual workflow allowing the field teams to collaborate well with the office. The variety of different reports that can be built helps us efficiently communicate progress with stakeholders in real-time.

    I honestly can't find a con with this program. This system, like others, is only as good as the information that is entered. Be concise with your entries, and your life will be easier at the later date when you need that information.
