We have a team that needs to rotate to cover 24 hr. tech support operations for critical outages on a weekly basis. We needed to begin this operation is a very quick turnaround. We were able to setup, test and implement within our timeframe. PagerDuty has been effectively working since it was initiated.
PositivePagerDuty was Easy to setup. It was easy to manage. It is very effective in its use. and it covers automated notifications to all involved in the On Schedule events.
NegativeWe have not experienced any negative issues and we have been using PagerDuty for about 6 months. I think that is a good record.

NegativeThe application only shows you a detailed report if any failure or incident is found within our platforms. It does not provide bandwidth, server or internet usage monitoring that is stable enough to ensure that there are no problems during work. In addition, it does not have user traffic reporting.

It has helped us several times when we had to fix our back end and server logic and the instant update system has been an absolute godsend. Overall, it is an excellent incidence response system that is both straightforward and powerful and will keep your software team up to date on your IT infrastructure.
Positive1. It’s very easy to set up and integrates effortlessly with your existing infrastructure especially with Slack.
2. Gives you control over how you are notified by giving you the power to set when, how, and where you are notified.
3. It also maintains a dashboard to show the performance of your devs like showing you their average resolution times, the number of issues fixed, etc.
