    Pipedrive is excellent, since we have been using it it has been difficult for us to lose track of each client which is a plus for the development of each project, as well as we have kept up to date each notification to be able to enter correctly at all times in the different stages that the project shows us.     Pipedrive is relatively easy to use, easy to learn and has great potential when integrating with customers because it does not show any type of error in each record. I'm not sure it's right for the large enterprise situation. But for small businesses that need to get rid of lead management through email and spreadsheets and don't need enterprise solutions like Salesforce, Pipedrive is the right solution.

    I manage my company customers using Pipedrive and also following them up. It allows me for better managing my day to day work with customers, focusing on the parts where it's essential keeping all of the action details. Hence, it nurtures my leads in a better and managed way!

    I like its excellent support, documentation and easy to use features. Also, it is full of advanced features with fast and stable facilities.

    Negative

    Its mobile application has too many limitations and that should be looked in, because every now and then I need to switch on my PC for using missing features.
