Simple yet powerful CRM
Date: May 23 2020SummaryThe great thing about Pipedrive is that it got me off the need to use multiple excel sheets stored in a number of places. Now we can easily get an estimate of what our sale numbers/leads numbers look like, how effective our marketing campaigns are, what phase of the customer journey each of our users are in.
PositiveSome great things about Pipedrive are:
1. Pipedrive has a really intuitive UI that makes it really easy to view and track communication with clients
2. It is highly customizable with an amazing drag and drop interface which makes it on par with some of the best CRMs in the market.
3. It has several templates to send emails to your customers which help in driving marketing campaigns and also new templates are added regularly.
4. Very easy to set up and get your business up and runningNegativeNothing much to complain about but, one feature that would be good to have is to give the option to download statistics and reports so that some data analysis can be done on weekly/monthly sales.

PositivePipedrive has such immense quantities of appealing features for keeping your customer database business 'deals' sifted through. It is a one stop shop, truly. We would esteem more than anything assuming every single division had something as basic as Pipedrive. It has never taken us more than one day to get someone arranged on using Pipedrive, it's that basic!!! It keeps all dollar entireties, things, customer information, messages, refreshes, notes, associations, specifying, examination, social profiles from your customers information, and that is only the start!! I energetically propose Pipedrive.
NegativeMain con I faced is lack of support after purchasing paid version of Pipedrive. On free trial the call support works very smooth but as I purchase paid version, the waiting time of connection with support increases a lot.

The interface overall is very nice and provides customization and can be setup very quickly which gets everything started nice and smooth.
NegativeThere are not many cons that I observed while using it with my team. They are constantly coming up with improvements and updates to make sure the software runs well. Although the interface is nice it can suffer some performance problems in the long run when you see some growth.

PositiveI really like how versatile Pipedrive is. I would argue that Pipedrive's perception is: "a company is a set of pipes, where tasks move from left to right". This kind of underlying philosophy makes it very versatile, as it can be used not only for sales processes, but also for customer success processes, installation processes, etc.
In addition to that it's extremely easy to setup, some features like group mail are still new, but very powerfulNegativeThe workflow feature isn't where it should be yet. It for example doesn't allow long pauses between flow steps. So we need to use hacky workarounds here.
