Overall, very pleased with PAP. It is a huge improvement over our last system and I can't see us ever changing with the regular updates, great support, and enough features to last a lifetime.

The support team is the main reason we moved to PAP. When you need help they are just there to assist 24/7.

With all the features of PAP things are rolling in a mostly automated fashion. We feel more confident in PAP automating this compared to our previous affiliate system where we found ourselves spending a lot of time auditing things more because it just couldn't get it right.

With so many features and a somewhat dated admin area design it is a little hard to get around at first. It takes some getting used to.

Filters are set per affiliate admin so when onboarding new affiliate administrators you have to explain the ideal affiliate & commission filters to get onboarded with our processes. It'll be nice to have the ability to set global filters to avoid mistakes/confusion etc.

It is really a PRO tool when it comes to tracking affiliates and affiliate links. It has so many functions that we are yet to explore.

It is quite versatile with many functions. It is also very easy to learn how to use and their knowledge base is quite extensive.

The price is too expensive, especially for small affiliate programs like us with less than 200 affiliates and less than 50 sales per month. There should be a package for small and medium sized affiliates.
