The ownership was very satisfied leading us to expand its utilization to 10 of our companies across diverse sectors, including Service, and Millwork. We primarily progress bill our projects, which is now automated, saving us time, and eliminating calculation errors. The intro of the job dashboard and detailed reporting has garnered appreciation from our project managers. We couldn't be happier with the new software and would give it five stars. The customization of the implementation process and flexibility tailored to our specific needs were impressive, allowing us to adjust and pivot our planning seamlessly. Preparing and rolling out the software to our team was smooth, minimizing confusion and ensuring everyone was on the same page.

The regular calls with management were crucial, reducing any uncertainties about the new system. Our implementation specialist was fantastic, emphasizing the advantage of having an accountant with relevant experience involved in the process. The team's responsiveness throughout the process was outstanding.

Although there was a learning curve, the provided training videos were helpful, the positive feedback from our team after processing multiple draws showed the value of the software. The transition from our previous server-based software to Premier's cloud-based system drastically reduced the number of clicks needed for tasks by about 80%, making it incredibly user-friendly and efficient.

Premier has made it much easier for us to manage contracts, compliance, and project billings. It helps us accurately track timesheets and ensure time and materials are billed to the correct projects.

Our Project Managers use Premier to stay on top of project budgets, manage contracts, calculate percent completes, and handle subcontractor billings as we review project progress.

What stands out most is the support team. We really appreciate the hands-on assistance, their understanding of our needs, and the ongoing improvements to the platform.

This allows us to effectively track budgets against cost codes, which was a challenge in our previous system. The infrastructure is robust, and the approvals and workflows have significantly streamlined our processes. Additionally, the cloud-based nature of Premier has made it incredibly convenient, allowing us to access our data anytime, anywhere. The training process was as advertised, they got us knowledgeable before going live all within the promised timeframe of one month

I really like the functionality of Premier—it's incredibly intuitive. The look-up features are so handy, and I found myself navigating the software much faster than other systems

We previously used Sage, and it was so cumbersome. Even finding or generating reports was difficult. With Premier, it's much easier - the search functionality makes it simple to look up reports. We’ve been using Premier for almost five years, and we’re still discovering new features—it's amazing how much it can do!

At the end of the day, Premier really is the backbone of our business. It does so much for us, and I think that’s critical in a software partner.

Job costing is particularly important to me. Since we set up each house as a separate job, I’m constantly in there reviewing job costs, as are our project managers. One of my favorite features is how easily I can drill down into details—if I need to check an invoice, I just click, and it takes me right to it. The journal audits are another great tool for tracking where something went, and they’ve been incredibly helpful.

The user-friendly interface is a huge help with customer deposits and subcontract agreements. The job summary report and forecast screen are invaluable tools for our team.

Automating our monthly draw requests to lenders has been a significant time-saver. Some of my favorite features of Premier include the seamless integration between project management and accounting, which allows us to track job cost transactions with ease. We've also integrated Premier's Smart UI for accounts payable, reducing our admin hours considerably—now, processing all invoices takes just one day a week. Premier's software is both sleek and efficient, making our operations smoother and more streamlined.

Worth the investment. Best of all, the team worked with us to build out a proper business playbook so we had SOPs that we could rely on.

We are a small company so ease of use was incredibly important to us. The system has very useful features that automate a lot of manual data entry. The job dashboard is my favorites as it consolidates the right info (accounting and job costing) in one spot and makes it easy to drill down. Chasing down liens and contracts is now a breeze with the built in automation and workflows that make it easy for external people to sign. Overall its amazing!

Change management for the team was a little challenging first but the Premier team helped us through this.

The customer service at JP is the best. Made the complicated task to switch over as simple as possible. We are a small company and this software is easy to learn and use. The job costing side is my favorite so far, the job dashboard has all the info I need to know about a job.

Software has so much to offer, it takes time to learn and utilize all of it.

Overall, this software is the best fit for our small company since it creates many efficiencies over having a separate accounting systems and smaller companies tend two and is much more affordable.

Premier is considerably more affordable than comparable software. I appreciate that it only charges per concurrent user since we have many construction managers who only need to use the software once a month during the draw process.

Pros of the software itself are that it takes out double work from having your project draw process separate from the accounting process.

It is also a timesaver being able to have all of our entities under one software that has intercompany transaction abilities.

It does not have a single vendor center so if a vendor changes their address you need to change it in all of the individual companies you have.

Wonderful! I have been to many other business conferences and this has been my favorite.

The ease of the system to make changes is great. And the OData excel extraction is amazing. The report customization is great and the forms.

It helps both parties to get valuable information out of the system.

What ever issues that arise are quickly resolved by the support team and Premier is always releasing new updates.

Great for the type of work we do. Having the PMs and accountants working in the same software makes us much more efficient.

Great software for general contractors. The team behind it is great and is always willing to listen to feedback to make it better.

The cash flow statement needs works, but I know that is in the works so very excited to see the changes coming.
