Premier is designed to be easy to use & understand. Personally, I have been here for 20 years, and having one system for construction and accounting is super helpful. The job dashboard is great, it provides valuable information, making it easy to drill down.

We relied on QuickBooks for accounting and Procore for project management, but the two didn’t integrate properly, forcing us into time-consuming manual double entries.

As a construction and land development company, we're constantly opening new projects, so having a system like Premier that supports our growth is crucial. Automating our monthly draw requests to lenders has been a significant time-saver. Some of my favorite features of Premier include the seamless integration between project management and accounting, which allows us to track job cost transactions with ease. We've also integrated Premier's Smart UI for accounts payable, reducing our admin hours considerably—now, processing all invoices takes just one day a week. Premier's software is both sleek and efficient, making our operations smoother and more streamlined.

The time saved for our team is substantial. Lastly, the Premier support has been truly exceptional.

Worth the investment. Best of all, the team worked with us to build out a proper business playbook so we had SOPs that we could rely on.

We are a small company so ease of use was incredibly important to us. The system has very useful features that automate a lot of manual data entry. The job dashboard is my favorites as it consolidates the right info (accounting and job costing) in one spot and makes it easy to drill down. Chasing down liens and contracts is now a breeze with the built in automation and workflows that make it easy for external people to sign. Overall its amazing!

Change management for the team was a little challenging first but the Premier team helped us through this.

Our experience so far has been great. JP has great customer service and responds to questions and concerns pretty quickly.

The customer service at JP is the best. Made the complicated task to switch over as simple as possible. We are a small company and this software is easy to learn and use. The job costing side is my favorite so far, the job dashboard has all the info I need to know about a job.

Software has so much to offer, it takes time to learn and utilize all of it.

Overall, this software is the best fit for our small company since it creates many efficiencies over having a separate accounting systems and smaller companies tend two and is much more affordable.

Premier is considerably more affordable than comparable software. I appreciate that it only charges per concurrent user since we have many construction managers who only need to use the software once a month during the draw process.

Pros of the software itself are that it takes out double work from having your project draw process separate from the accounting process.

It is also a timesaver being able to have all of our entities under one software that has intercompany transaction abilities.

It does not have a single vendor center so if a vendor changes their address you need to change it in all of the individual companies you have.

Wonderful! I have been to many other business conferences and this has been my favorite.

Everything! The presentations were very informative, the food choices great and delicious. it was great getting to know the Premier team and seeing how excited they all were made me feel the same way. Looking forward to implementing the new ideas I got from the presenters.

The ease of the system to make changes is great. And the OData excel extraction is amazing. The report customization is great and the forms.

The software allows both accounting and project management to share information seamlessly.
It helps both parties to get valuable information out of the system.

What ever issues that arise are quickly resolved by the support team and Premier is always releasing new updates.

Great for the type of work we do. Having the PMs and accountants working in the same software makes us much more efficient.

The cash flow statement needs works, but I know that is in the works so very excited to see the changes coming.

I would come to the next conference in a heartbeat. Being able to have one on one sessions is a fantastic idea.

The Premier team was excellent. The modules were so informative. Being with other users really helps as well.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Modules were really informative, venue and food were excellent.

Excellent experience moving to Premier. In addition to the great software, the support throughout the implementation and going live has been top notch. Everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgeable in the software, accounting and construction.

Premier construction accounting software was easy to learn and implement. The interface is intuitive and should work for most people. Moving from Spectrum, on Premier our accounting is now more automated, takes less time and is more accurate.

Not much to dislike about Premier. It has done everything we needed and more.

Incredible support. Not just ChatGPT but a real person that responds and even calls you. They are genuinely committed to helping you get the most from the software and will pick your brain for ways to improve it further.

Software that is focused on the construction industry incorporates best practices that is an also project management tool for project managers. They keep adding function! Drawing management, time accounting expense reporting, mobile access, AI reporting and inquiries on YOUR data…very powerful.

Since they keep adding features and functions, you will feel there is more to learn and more benefits to extract..! Corporate level dashboards are on their way. It can be a bit intimidating for Project Managers who for the first time are using the same system as the accounting.

The outstanding Premier training team played a critical role in facilitating the adoption. Now, everyone is effectively managing their budgets and monitoring projects real-time.

Premier has been a true game-changer, it’s exceptionally user-friendly and adaptable. It’s been a pivotal tool in bridging the gap between operations and finance. Thanks to Premier, we successfully encouraged our project managers to proactively utilize the platform for tasks such as entering subcontracts, and change orders which has resulted in improved financial transparency for their projects.

No cons with the product so far! We have received assistance by doing a 1-o-1 implementation with the Premier team and they helped us to take advantage of all the features the software has to offer.

Overall, a very good product for the construction industry. Very user-friendly and user centric. Like the mobile app features for our Site Staff.

Very easy and intuitive to use. I like the many report options available out of the box. Being able to customize report is also very helpful.

Connectivity to the cloud takes getting used to compared to server based software.
