PositiveWe had major issues last 3 years but this time all went smooth simply because we had Queue-it in place. Everyone got served fairly. We didn't look anywhere else for another product as this served our purpose well.
NegativeNone. We didn't know our application & server capacity as it is setup on a new infrastructure. So we had to continuously increase the outflow to reduce the wait time in the queue! Customers were happy to see the wait time go down fast!
