    Angry customers, bad review on social media platforms & number of server crashes due to high demand. We deployed Queue-it first time & it worked perfectly. We will use it again.

    We had major issues last 3 years but this time all went smooth simply because we had Queue-it in place. Everyone got served fairly. We didn't look anywhere else for another product as this served our purpose well.

    None. We didn't know our application & server capacity as it is setup on a new infrastructure. So we had to continuously increase the outflow to reduce the wait time in the queue! Customers were happy to see the wait time go down fast!

    Queue-it stops our back-end systems from falling over from high demand when we release our most sought after tickets. Behind the website sits a ticketing system that can only process so much at once. If we suddenly get 100,000 visitors in matter of hours, queue-it helps us deal with the demand while providing a great customer experience.

    I've really struggled to come up with something I dislike about queue-it. Everyone from the company is very friendly and professional. Their support is next to none and have helped us with a few bespoke requests very quickly.
