    Process was very smooth and easy, Kevin was amazing on the day we went live, we had problems with the internet but he managed to get us live with hotspot and made sure everything was running smoothly.

    A robust and feature driven system for activity centres

    Overall a fantastic all-in-one booking system that is perfect for parks, FECs and activity centres that have a variety of products and upsells including Food & Beverage options.

    A booking system that is already excellent and whose team is constantly adding more and more improvements and upgrades.

    Great support team who quickly deals with questions or queries as well as fixes where required.
    The onboarding process was excellent with helpful 1 on 1 advice
    Feature led with constant updates that bring in both things that we wanted and things we didn't know we did.

    Negative

    Settings can sometimes be cumbersome to set and just require repetition to learn the nooks and crannies of what makes what tick.
    Compared to other systems, the monthly fees can be on the pricey side, however, the card processing fees make up for this. On face value, it can feel hefty which may put off interested companies.

    Couldn’t fault it, it is an easy to use system which all staff have quickly learned and loved to use. Very customisable whilst also being visually appealing.

    Interface is very user friendly and easy to train staff. Lots of useful support from Roller online with troubleshooting.

    Recently discovered the Forms option offered by Roller. Finding it very easy to create new forms, for instance we now use the feature for our parties where our customers simply fill in the form directly via a link, which links with our POS systems , streaming lining our check-in process.

    I’m yet to find anything I do not like about Roller, everything is very well thought out and for us, works perfectly.

    I would and do recommend ROLLER to a lot of the clients I speak with. After using other POS systems ROLLER is in my opinion the leader of the pack!

    I’ve been using ROLLER now for a little over 9years in the FEC business. The amount of flexibility Roller has provides when creating products, editing scheduling for check-in times and the value it has added for our guest. With this platform being so user and guest friendly it has tremendously improved our guest experience.

    I don’t like that ROLLER isn’t integrated with more time and attendance platforms. I would really love to track my labor in real time but am not able to do so at this time.

    Summary

    I would recommend Roller to a friend and be able to successfully help them get everything situated to properly integrate Roller into their facility! I do not plan to move away from Roller!

    Positive

    I enjoy being able to easily track events, memberships, capacity, revenue, and reports all in one software! Once you are familiar with the software, using it daily is very efficient!

    Negative

    I believe that there are some features that should be developed already that are very useful that do not seem to be developed.

    Summary

    Very flexible and the updates are very welcome (when they work properly) and it makes life easier working at the trampoline parks I've worked at with this system.

    Positive

    It is very easy for training and easy to pick up. The back end is easily one of the highlights when it comes to using Roller. Fixes roll out very quickly, but support can be tedious to work with.

    Negative

    Customer Support does not understand their own system and constantly says to "clear the cache" which has become a running joke any time we have an issue with Roller.
