Overall, Rise Vision has been a reliable and effective digital signage solution for our school, and it continues to meet our communications needs.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which makes updating content simple and efficient. In a busy school setting, being able to quickly adjust event details or menu items is a huge benefit. The premade templates are especially helpful. They save time and give our displays a professional look without requiring design experience.

We also appreciate the flexibility of the system. It allows us to rotate announcements, schedules, and photo slideshows seamlessly. This helps promote school spirit and keep students and families informed.

One feature that we would love to see improved is the ability to screenshare from one computer to multiple displays. That capability would be extremely helpful during events.

We had to switch to the unlimited plan to make the multiple displays work, which is a little high in terms of price.

It assists me to create great presentations, and create displays for especial occasions . It has great futures. Working with Canva it helps a lot.

The only downside is that it could be a bit easier to create presentations, but aside from that, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Their support is very helpful with getting started; they are always kind, and the system is easy to set up by following the instructions (which you can find online).

Not supporting rtsp video streaming for local streaming.

Some of the templates are limited in what they can do.

Overall this is a good product that makes it easy to create and maintain digital signage across the district. It has a bit of a learning curve when getting set up.

It’s really nice that you can update everything remotely online. I also like that we’re able to use it across our district, even when working with different companies. The templates are also useful and convenience for a starting place.

At first, I found it a bit confusing to understand how to create schedules and presentations, and how they connect to each other. Once I learned the interface and how everything links together, I realized there’s a lot of functionality for scheduling, as well as for mixing and matching different elements. I had some issues when setting up a few of the products where it would take a long time for the registration code to connect to the display.

Overall I am satisfied and would recommend this product to other users, particularly K-12 users. Very friendly representatives and quality product.

Some issues with the animations lagging in certain presentations.

I would recommend Rise Vision for Schools or other industries that just want to display content on the TV's. It's good if your company is not looking for more then displaying content.

It's super easy to use once you learn it. I like how they have lots of templates to choose from that you can customize to your own needs as well.

It can be a little slow at times when uploading content depending on the Fire Stick.

We would like to have more permissions for users or a way to group users to only see select things. For example, we like a group of users to only see a couple of TVs and only see folders/presentations that only they have access to.

So far there hasn't been any cons on my end. Everything has been running smoothly.

I'd recommend this software to anyone looking for easy, reasonably priced digital signage solutions. After looking for three years at different vendors and solutions, this is the one that we went with because it checked so many boxes for us.

Content is dynamic, matches brand, and easy enough that my admin assistants can use it. RiseVision continually sends out updates with new content for holidays and countdowns, so we don't need to worry about a marketing department. (Which is great since we don't have one). The platform agnostic player is great, which means we were able to reuse a lot of existing hardware.

There are some complex things that this software can't do. We use Hudl for sporting events, which doesn't integrate as well. Trying to set up a multiple display grid (for example, if we want to see all 5 of our main playlists on one display at the same time), hits the processing power max.

Easy to set up, use, and troubleshoot. We use this on our campus across several different buildings and it's been working great.

There are some small UI changes I would make it I could but it's nothing major.
