I enjoy using ours for signage across several buildings. We use old PCs running Linux and have no complaints.

It works on everything! Very flexible, nice, and has everything I need. I enjoy using the schedules and the presentation designer.

It has a learning curve. But support can help. I really can't say anything bad about the product because it doesn't get in the way.

Rise Vision has been a great help to us by supporting our digital signage needs at a fraction of the cost compared to other digital signage companies.

The platform is intuitive and straightforward to deploy across various supported devices. The support team is friendly and quick to respond whenever we need assistance. It reliably runs our digital signage throughout our organization. There are multiple templates available, and it can be integrated with different presentations, which adds to its versatility.

Troubleshooting can be challenging on some lower-powered devices. Animations often do not run smoothly on these low-end devices, which can make the process more difficult.

Good experience overall. Was easy to get setup and transition to other users when needed. Never any downtime.

We are happy to have found something reasonably priced and user friendly. We needed something for 3 TVs to get information out to our students. Rise Vision had several packages we could choose from to be able to purchase with our budget.

Any updates we need to do in our announcements are instant. If information changes, we do not have to leave our media center to correct the issue, Just sign on to the site and it is changed in minutes.

I have not found one yet. Others may have but it is a tool that answered our needs at our middle school.

I love using Rise Vision software on all our displays in the school. The displays are instant boosts to engagement and make communication easier. Love the options and layouts and how professional everything looks. It's easy to manage a team and get content scheduled ahead of time.

Rise Vision can be hosted on multiple platforms - As far as I know it works on both Windows 10/11 and Linux. Linux would provide more options when purchasing the hardware, like Raspberry Pi, which is more stable than the Windows PC sticks.

And I like the new UI on Admin portal as well - really easy to navigate.

Setting up the unit was fast and uncomplicated—we just plugged it in and it was ready to go. The premade templates offered by Rise Vision are not only easy to customize but also add variety to presentations without being overwhelming. If none of the provided templates fit your needs, it's easy to create your own, import one from Canva, or use a Google Slides presentation. The scheduling feature is especially valuable, making it possible to plan different presentations in advance, which is a huge convenience. Our staff can prepare and update content ahead of time and make quick changes as needed. Our Rise Vision units operate throughout the business day, five days a week, keeping everyone who passes by informed and up to date.

We need to share multiple items with the public, and these items often change from day to day. Rise Vision makes it much easier for us to keep the public updated without feeling overwhelmed by the constant changes.

On the rare occasions when I have needed to reach out to support, it has typically taken a couple of days to receive a response. While neither situation was urgent and the delay didn't create any real issues, I did find it a bit unusual that it took so long to hear back.

I've been using Rise Vision for years. Very easy tool to use to manage our screen casting needs at our retail locations. Scheduling works well as we are constantly in need of having messaging going up and going down so we are not serving the wrong message at the wrong time. Installation of firesticks in tv's and downloading the app on to them as also proven to be pretty seamless.

We have had some issues with the slideshows not loading correctly on our screens, or freezing or other issues that might be a combination of errors coming from the tv's themselves to the fire sticks. I know Rise suggests using their hardware for this, but the firesticks are so much cheaper.

The media player is built on an old android platform that needs updating desperately. It is best to use repurposed Windows workstations in my opinion.
