We needed a better way to provide announcements for upcoming events, achievements and school information. This has provided an engaging way for students, staff, and community members to learn information.

Rise Vision is a very user friendly platform to help display information within our school. Their website is set up in a way that makes it easy to modify announcement presentations or upload your own. It is engaging for our students, staff and community members.

They have a wide variety of present designs you can use for announcements, but sometimes I still have to individualize and create my own presentations to fit my schools needs.

Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. The product works very well and the support is fantastic! Whenever we have a problem or a question, they are very very quick to respond. The software really can handle nearly every kind of content from PDFs & Office documents to photos to video files to content from the Web. You can also build dynamic displays pulling from RSS feeds. It also has many nifty templates that you can customize.

Very versatile software that allows for a wide range of content to be created & displayed on computer monitors, TVs and any screen with a computer or certain hardware attached. Easy to centrally manage so you don't have to touch each display.

Because the software is so powerful, there is a bit of a learning curve to get started. It is not exactly intuitive at first. But it is NOT difficult to learn! Then, we have many sub-companies in our account. It requires a paid upgrade to be able to easily publish content across all the sub-companies. So we end up logging into each sub-company individually and recreating the content when we need to distribute something across ALL screens.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They've been great! I posted about it on our companies. Social media page When we got it and have had a few other local companies reach out to me.Asking questions about it as well that were interested.

I am an Activity Director in a Long Term Care Facility. I love that I can share upcoming information with all of my Residents, the staff taking care of them, and their families. I have several repeating/ auto updating slides such as the joke of the day, and this day in history. I upload our monthly calendar, monthly birthdays, special events monthly and love that
I can set the dates that it will play through.And don't have to worry about going in. And deleting it at the end of every month. The customer support has been fantastic anytime.I needed help with anything, the only time I had issues.It was my fault because I hit a wrong button!

The only thing I can think of that would make this program better would be if I could update it from my house. There's been situations where maybe there is a change in our calendar and if I was at the facility, I would have updated it to the screen.So everybody can see it, but if I have the day off or i'm just away from the office, it can't be done. I would like to be able to have another screen as well. Someday so for now, I will stick with one!

I have had an outstanding experience since we switched to Rise Vision. It’s quick and simple to use.

I like that I can upload a batch of graphics all at once, arrange them by date, then see a preview immediately. It’s so simple to use!

Great product. I have been using it for about 5 years now and I have been pleased with the content, the ease of use and the aesthetic it adds to our common places. The students and the staff notice especially when it is not online for whatever reason because they are so use to looking at it for the time, temperature and announcements.

The customer service is also top notch. If I have wanted something special the politely point me in the right direction.

Since I have to write something here I will say price, although that is really not a major con. You can't expect things to be free when it is produced as well as Rise Vision is.

Rise Vision is a very straightforward program with little issues. Cost effective for any budget.

The only challenge was a small learning curve in getting used to the program. However, it didn’t take long to grasp, and once I got the hang of it, I found it very easy to work with.

Rise Vision is allowing us to move on from our previous content management system that limited us to Google Slides. With Rise we've been able to create stunning presentations (thanks to the amazing templates) and engage our students with the school.

It's a tie between the incredible support team and the unmatched template library. It was so easy to use and setup in our school. We use Rise every day to update our digital signage boards and it was easy to integrate with our Google slides.

Something I dislike about Rise Vision is the blank template editor something I brought up with support and I appreciate how they directed me to the feature request form where I could easily request that feature.

Overall, i wish all our software performed as well as Rise Vision. It's easy to setup, easy to use and easy to manage.

Rise Vision is so easy to use and it allows us to communicate directly with staff and students. People don't always read emails, but they always look at the digital screens we have on campus.

I haven't come across any issues that were not easily solved.

Rise Vision has been a great tool to use to communicate quickly and effectively throughout the warehouse.

I have a screen in each breakroom that I use Rise Vision on to communicate news throughout the distribution center. I am able to quickly create a slide of what I would like to display using PowerPoint. I use graphics to catch the attention of my audience. Having the announcements displayed on a board is much more efficient than depending on word-of-mouth.

I would really like to have an instruction booklet for more information on how to use the program. I searched for information a couple of years ago and could only find videos. Rise Vision has been easy to use, and I have been able to figure out things on my own.

Great features, easy to use, great team of people, we really enjoy this software. We've been very pleased.

We love how easy it is to access and make changes to our devices. We have three brick-and-mortar retail locations and we can make updates to all of them from one central location.

There may be features we don't know about that we could be using.

This is an excellent service that has made my work sharing slides over different monitors easier than expected.

Creating slideshows for my workplace became a lot easier than I expected with Rise Vision. I put them together on Google Slides and shared the link with the website. I appreciated the ease of use as I work with multiple platforms to share slides and photos with the public.

You don't need as many different templates to offer for customers. I'd prefer a search bar to look for new examples and previously used ones to appear.

We have used Rise Vision for years now and have never bothered to look for anything different. Rise Vision meets our needs perfectly.

Rise Vision was easy to learn and has many useful features and details to explore. I am a big fan of the replace feature for scheduled displays. We have deals that change daily and Rise Vision allows us to reflect that with our digital signage.

Organizing and clearing old files can be difficult because there is no indication of which files are in use. If I could see if a file is linked to a schedule or not, that would help clean out old unused files.

None, It does what we need it to. I have yet to find something that we do that doesn't work.

We have really enjoyed using Rise Vision to display info in our school system. Everyone who comes into our building compliments the appearance of the displays and quality of the templates used.

Ease of use of the website. I am able to teach my high school students how to create slides and use templates. It allows me to approve anything before it is posted.

Would love more templates! There is a wide variety of templates available already but would love to see more.

I'd recommend it to anyone that needs a digital signage solution for their schools, both big or small. We are satisfied!

Customer Service is spot on! Rise Vision is a great product for all sorts of digital signage, we use it in a smaller capacity and it does just what we need it to do! Premade templates are also super nice and easy to use to get more content shared.

A little confusing to manage the devices based on different locations but you get the hang of it.

Rise Vision is a convenient way to keep our students, faculty, and staff up-to-date with events on campus. The program is quick and easy to use so our displays look great. There is a wonderful selection of templates to choose from but it's simple to create your own.

The software is easy to use, and free templates are available for all occasions.
Tech support is readily available.
