This is a great product that is able to share the information that we need to all members of our team. It helps to keep them informed and united when there are events or changes happening.

We utilize this product on a daily basis for many situations including keeping teams updated on events, process changes, safety awareness and new team members. It is a great tool to share information and keep our teams from the office and plant connected and on the same page.

Currently we only have one screen in the break room. It would be nice if there was a way to share these events and information with some of our remote staff that are not located in the office to review.

Overall, we are very pleased with the ease of news around our campus, which allows us to give a bigger student body at the events we may host on campus.

Ease of Management for displays around your campus or facility. Great that it works with products such as Chromeboxes and other equipment to allow easy installation for the products.

We haven't really had any issues with Rise Vision, Everything has been pretty straightforward to manage for us.

This has ultimately been a solution for us! We were having to update our hallway screens (elementary school) in a tedious way but rise vision has made it much more streamlined.

The ease with which we can remotely update the screens from any mobile device. We also love the Google Slides integration.

I have a hard time on the website figuring out anything except the graphics.

We've been using Rise Vision for many years and with many different types of devices as players such as Chromeboxes, Raspberry Pis, Micro PCs, and even Firesticks. We love the versatility and variety of players. The few times we've ever needed support they were quick to respond and very helpful.

I like how user-friendly the system is, allowing for content customization on when to display items, like weekly or on certain days and times. It enables collaboration across campus by letting us see other departments' ideas, display different content types such as static designs or videos, and provides helpful template ideas. I also integrate Rise Vision with Canva for designs and Campus Labs for event publishing.

I also like how it supports different types of content display, such as static designs or videos, and the provided template ideas are super helpful. Rise Vision helps us advertise events and important info to students, faculty, and staff effectively. It's a one-stop shop for different departments to share and view content easily.

At times it can be confusing having to toggle from displays, to presentations, etc. I sometimes get confused by the differences, but this is just a stretch and it really isn't that hard to understand.

I love how easy Rise Vision makes it to manage digital signage remotely. The interface is user-friendly, and scheduling content is a breeze. It keeps our displays fresh and engaging without constant manual updates.

Some advanced customization features require additional setup or integrations, which can be a bit tricky.

I have enjoyed using the software and its ease of use. Anytime I needed assistance, they were extremely quick to respond. The majority of the service is self-explanatory with little issues that maybe user error. Would recommend to anyone looking to communicate messages/graphics.

Very easy to use software. If I have had any issues, I have had custom-tailored customer service responses through videos. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have your answers. They have several built-in templates you can use with your logo as well.

Not many downsides that are within their controls. For example, if a device falls asleep or updates, it will not always reboot. Again, that's on the television, computer, Firestick, etc.

Great service, great support, great tool. I’m glad we made this choice. We now have a hybrid of Apple TVs, zoom rooms, Promethean panels, Sony TVs, and rise vision hardware running these signage screens.

We like the site licensing, diversity of hardware that is supported, easy to use user interface, great support.

Apple TV are not fully supported! This could be Apple‘s fault.

Love it! User friendly. The customer support is great, the company sends out suggestions and reminders every few weeks. I highly suggest them.

We use this is the foyer of our Elementary School. Parents, teachers, students and visitor see this on a daily basis. I love that they have pre-set images to use, but also we can use our own. We get reminders of all Federal Holidays. It is SO easy to post. Everyone loves to look at it each day. We even have a list of our Faculty and Staff listed on our Rise Vision.

The location of the computer in the back is hard to reset at times (back of TV where is posted high on the wall).

We have been using Rise Vision now for two years, and have loved the switch to it for our digital signage at our high school. They make it super simple to use, and their Rise Vision Media Player makes it more seamless.

We needed a better way to provide announcements for upcoming events, achievements and school information. This has provided an engaging way for students, staff, and community members to learn information.

They have a wide variety of present designs you can use for announcements, but sometimes I still have to individualize and create my own presentations to fit my schools needs.

The product works very well and the support is fantastic! Whenever we have a problem or a question, they are very very quick to respond. The software really can handle nearly every kind of content from PDFs & Office documents to photos to video files to content from the Web. You can also build dynamic displays pulling from RSS feeds. It also has many nifty templates that you can customize.

Very versatile software that allows for a wide range of content to be created & displayed on computer monitors, TVs and any screen with a computer or certain hardware attached. Easy to centrally manage so you don't have to touch each display.

Because the software is so powerful, there is a bit of a learning curve to get started. It is not exactly intuitive at first. But it is NOT difficult to learn! Then, we have many sub-companies in our account. It requires a paid upgrade to be able to easily publish content across all the sub-companies. So we end up logging into each sub-company individually and recreating the content when we need to distribute something across ALL screens.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They've been great! I posted about it on our companies. Social media page When we got it and have had a few other local companies reach out to me.Asking questions about it as well that were interested.

I am an Activity Director in a Long Term Care Facility. I love that I can share upcoming information with all of my Residents, the staff taking care of them, and their families. I have several repeating/ auto updating slides such as the joke of the day, and this day in history. I upload our monthly calendar, monthly birthdays, special events monthly and love that
I can set the dates that it will play through.And don't have to worry about going in. And deleting it at the end of every month. The customer support has been fantastic anytime.I needed help with anything, the only time I had issues.It was my fault because I hit a wrong button!

The only thing I can think of that would make this program better would be if I could update it from my house. There's been situations where maybe there is a change in our calendar and if I was at the facility, I would have updated it to the screen.So everybody can see it, but if I have the day off or i'm just away from the office, it can't be done. I would like to be able to have another screen as well. Someday so for now, I will stick with one!

I have had an outstanding experience since we switched to Rise Vision. It’s quick and simple to use.

I like that I can upload a batch of graphics all at once, arrange them by date, then see a preview immediately. It’s so simple to use!

Great product. I have been using it for about 5 years now and I have been pleased with the content, the ease of use and the aesthetic it adds to our common places. The students and the staff notice especially when it is not online for whatever reason because they are so use to looking at it for the time, temperature and announcements.

The customer service is also top notch. If I have wanted something special the politely point me in the right direction.

Since I have to write something here I will say price, although that is really not a major con. You can't expect things to be free when it is produced as well as Rise Vision is.

The only challenge was a small learning curve in getting used to the program. However, it didn’t take long to grasp, and once I got the hang of it, I found it very easy to work with.

Rise Vision is allowing us to move on from our previous content management system that limited us to Google Slides. With Rise we've been able to create stunning presentations (thanks to the amazing templates) and engage our students with the school.

It's a tie between the incredible support team and the unmatched template library. It was so easy to use and setup in our school. We use Rise every day to update our digital signage boards and it was easy to integrate with our Google slides.

Something I dislike about Rise Vision is the blank template editor something I brought up with support and I appreciate how they directed me to the feature request form where I could easily request that feature.
